Althoughpopularbeliefsregardingemotionalintelligencerunfaraheadofwhatresearch

canreasonablysupport,theoveralleffectsofthepublicityhavebeenmorebeneficialthan

harmful.Themostpositiveaspectofthispopularizationisanewandmuchneeded

emphasis(重视)onemotionbyemployers,educatorsandothersinterestedinpromotingsocial
