摘要:为探究长春净月潭国家森林公园地表甲虫多样性,我们于2019年7月至9月在该地区进行了野外调查。共采集到地表甲虫样本1596个,分属于11科43属。研究结果表明,各采样点地表甲虫物种丰富度、多样性指数及均匀度指数差异显著。采集样本中以鞘翅目和膜翅目甲虫居多,共计占到样本总数的87.6%。基于序列分析结果,我们得到了来自采样地区的8种甲虫的新的线粒体基因组序列。综合结果表明,长春净月潭国家森林公园地表甲虫多样性丰富,有助于该地区生态平衡及生物多样性保护。

Abstract:InordertoexplorethediversityofgroundbeetlesinChangchunJingyueLakeNationalForestPark,weconductedafieldsurveyintheareafromJulytoSeptember2019.Atotalof1596groundbeetlesampleswerecollected,belongingto11familiesand43genera.Theresultsshowedthatthereweresignificantdifferencesinspeciesrichness,diversityindex,andevennessindexamongthesamplingpoints.BeetlesamplescollectedwerelargelydominatedbyColeopteraandHemiptera,accountingfor87.6%ofthetotalsamples.Basedonthesequenceanalysisresults,weobtainednewmitochondrialgenomesequencesofeightbeetlespeciesfromthesamplingarea.ThecomprehensiveresultsshowthatthediversityofgroundbeetlesinChangchunJingyueLakeNationalForestParkisrich,whichisconducivetotheecologicalbalanceandbiodiversityconservationinthearea.

Groundbeetlesplayacrucialroleintheecosystem,servingasnaturalpestcontrollersandparticipatinginnutrientcyclingprocesses.Therefore,thediversityofbeetlespeciesinChangchunJingyueLakeNationalForestParkissignificantinmaintainingtheoverallhealthoftheecosystem.Assuch,conservationeffortsandmeasuresmustbetakentoprotectandpreservethisdiversityforfuturegenerations.
Inconclusion,thisstudyhasprovidedvaluableinsightsintothediversityofgroundbeetlesinChangchunJingyueLakeNationalForestPark.FurtherresearchandmonitoringofthesespecieswillbenecessarytoensureconservationeffortsareeffectiveinmaintainingthedelicatebalanceofthisuniqueecosystemInadditiontounderstandingthediversityofgroundbeetlesinChangchunJingyueLakeNationalForestPark,itisalsoimportanttoconsiderthepotentialthreatstothesespeciesandtheirhabitats.Urbanization,agriculture,logging,andotherhumanactivitiescanallhavenegativeimpactsonthebiodiversityofecosystems.
Conservationeffortsandmeasuresshouldtakeintoaccountthespecificneedsofgroundbeetlespecies,suchastheirpreferredhabitatsandfoodsources.Thismayinvolvethecreationofprotectedareasortherestorationofdegradedhabitats.Educationandoutreacheffortsmayalsobenecessarytoraiseawarenessabouttheimportanceofpreservingbiodiversityandtherolethatgroundbeetlesplayinmaintaininghealthyecosystems.
Inadditiontoprotectingthebiodiversityofecosystems,therearealsopotentialbenefitstohumancommunities.Forexample,groundbeetlescanserveasnaturalpestcontrolinagriculturalareas,reducingtheneedforharmfulpesticides.Theymayalsohavemedicinalpropertiesthatcouldbeusefulinthedevelopmentofnewpharmaceuticals.
Overall,thestudyofgroundbeetlediversityinChangchunJingyueLakeNationalForestParkprovidesimportantinsightsintothecomplexityandinterconnectednessofecosystems.Byprotectingandpreservingthebiodiversityofthesesystems,wecanensurethelong-termhealthandwellbeingofbothnaturalandhumancommunitiesInadditiontotheecologicalbenefitsofpreservinggroundbeetlediversity,therearealsopotentialeconomicbenefits.Forexample,groundbeetlescouldbeusedasbioindicatorstoassessthehealthofecosystems,whichcouldinformmanagementdecisionsforconservationandlanduse.Additionally,sometypesofgroundbeetlesareusedinbiologicalcontrolofpests,whichcanreducetheuseofchemicalpesticidesandthussavecostsforfarmers.
Furthermore,thestudyofgroundbeetlediversitycanalsohaveculturalsignificance.Manyindigenousandtraditionalcommunitieshavelong-standingknowledgeandpracticesrelatedtoinsectbiodiversity,andthisknowledgecanprovidevaluableinsightsintolocalecosystemsandtherelationshipsbetweenhumansandthenaturalworld.Preservingandlearningfromthisknowledgecanhelpfosterculturalcontinuityandrespectforbiodiversity.
However,despitethepotentialbenefitsofgroundbeetlediversity,thesespeciesarefacingthreatsfromhabitatlossandfragmentation,climatechange,andpollution.Therefore,conservationeffortssuchasprotectedareas,habitatrestorationandmanagementpracticesthatpromotebiodiversityareurgentlyneeded.Educationandawarenesscampaignscouldalsohelptoreducethenegativeimpactsofhumanactivitiesonbiodiversity.
Inconclusion,thestudyofgroundbeetlediversityinChangchunJingyueLakeNationalForestParkhighlightstheimportanceofpreservingandprotectingthesespeciesforbothecologicalandsocio-economicreasons.Conservingandlearningfromthediverserangeofspeciesinournaturalsystemsiscrucialforthelong-termhealthandwellbeingofbothhumanandnon-human
