一、教材分析

当今世界趋势倾向多元化，而其突出地表现在个人的制造思维和群体间的合作精神。为此，在中学阶段培育同学的合作意识，制造思维就显得尤其重要。本单元的中心话题是“胜利的关键”内容涉及共性特征、个人品质、团队精神、胜利之路、社会行为和社会关系等，语言技能和语言学问都是围绕这一中心话题设计的。通过本单元教学，同学了解了走向胜利的诸多要素，明白团队精神在集体活动中发挥的重要作用。

1、Warmingup部分通过对一系列问题的争论来确定自己属于哪一种人，具有怎样的品德和共性。目的是让同学学会谈论社会行为和社会关系。

2、Listening部分通过对三个问题的小组争论来了解同学业余时间的支配。让同学通过对兼职工作的争论初步了解团队精神。

3、Speaking部分首先向我们阐述了具有诚恳，负责、可信这些品德给我们带来的好处，接着通过三个情境来对同学进行检测。

4、Reading部分是一篇关于团队工作的文章。通过阅读，让同学理解团队精神的重要性，知道一个团队应如何良好运转。

5、Languagepractice部分设计了系列练习，让同学在练习中巩固本单元所学习的重要单词和短语。
