threatisprovidedbythephotoofasnowleopard,standingbesideandnotaffectedbyahugetruckonaKazakhstan

road,whichwentpopularin2022.TheanimalwasrescuedbyAlmatyZoo,butsadlydiedsoonafterwards.Latera

plasticbagwasfoundinsideitsstomach.Toprotectthem,KazakhstansignedadealwithKyrgyzstanin2024.

They511shareknowledge,watchoverthecatsandtheirhabitats,andraisepublicawareness.

Snowleopardsareatthetopofthefoodchain,andtheirsurvivalshowsthatthemountainecosystemis
