一、连系动词be

1.be动词肯定句、否定句和疑问句如下:

人称代词主格否定疑问

IIam...Iamnot...AmI...?

he/she/itHe/She/Itis...He/She/Itisn't…Ishe/she/it...?

they/we/youThey/We/Youare...They/We/Youaren't...Arethey/we/you...?

2.be动词的缩略式。通常情况下，am缩写为如，is缩写为1,are缩写为，re。如：Fm=Iam；

疑问句的肯定回答中，连系动词be一般不与主语缩写。

4.be动词后常加形容词、名词、介词短语等作表语，说明身份、年龄、状态等。

(1)be+形容词Iamtall.

(2)be+名词Heisaboy.

(3)be+介词短语Thebookisonthedesk.

(4)be+副词Schoolisover.

二、人称代词和物主代词

1.人称代词I在任何情况下都要大写，且与am搭配使用。

2.单独使用时，he,she与is搭配使用；you与are搭配使用；I与am搭配使用；而任何两个人

称代词并列作主语时，均表达复数意义，与are连用。

3.单数人称代词并列作主语时，英语中的顺序通常是：第二人称一第三人称一第一人称，即：

youandhe;youandI;heandI。

4.在口语中，如果人称代词孤立地用于不带谓语动词的句子中作主语，习惯上用宾格；如果用

主格，就要带谓语动词。

5.人称代词的主格和与之相对应的形容词性物主代词，如下表:

6.形容词性物主代词的用法与形容词用法相似，具有形容词的性质。作定语修饰名词一般放在

被修饰的名词之前，不能单独使用。如果名词前面还有其他的定语，物主代词要放在其他定语的前

面。例如：mypen我的钢笔；myredpen我的红色钢笔。

解析及答案：

1.我们采用“主谓一致法”。News意为“消息，新闻”，为不可数名词，而且从“Tellmemore!”可以看

出时态为一般现在时，be动词用单数形式is,故选A。

2.我们可用“排除法”解答。Areyou...?的回答为“Yes,lam/Weare。”或“No,I'mnot/wearen't."，

排除A、C两项；当you指“你”时，它的肯定回答为“Yes,Iam."。在此Iam在句末，不能缩写为I'm,

排除D项，故选B。

3.用“主谓一致法"。主语they为复数，be动词应用复数形式，排除A、D两项；由前一句"Theyare

fromChina.”可推知他们不是来自英格兰，用arent故选B。

4.我们可用“找关键词法”解答。句意:我有一个哥哥，名字叫做保罗。由第一句中的关键

词brother可知空格处应填形容词性物主代词his,故选A。

5.可用“语法分析法”解题。主语要用人称代词的主格形式，排除B、C两项；由情景可知，人称代

词代替上文中的yourbrother,所以用he,故选D。

6.可用“语法分析法”解题。they在句中作主语；them在句作宾语；their是形容词性物主代词，其后

跟名词；theirs是名词性物主代词，其后不跟名词。名词classroom前用形容词性物主代词，故选C。
