300UKhotelsengagedinenvironmentallyfriendlypracticesacrossthreechannels:hotelwebsites,profil

es(简介)ontravelsiteB,andsocialmediaplatforms.Wefoundthat62%ofUKhotelwebsite

sdonotincludesustainabilityinformation,withonly2%ofsocialmediapostsreferringtoit.Althoughbo

okingplatformssignalthesustainabilityofhotelsthathavethird-partycertifications,hotelwebsitesoften

don'tprovidemuchexplanationinthisregard.

Next,weuncoveredthreemainreasonsforthetendencytowardsnotcommunicating——orevenhi
