strugglingwithbackpainforthelastthreeweeks-Ihaveaherniateddiscandifsreallyaffected
myabilitytosit—sittingisverypainful,butIfoundthatachairlikethisworksmuchbetterand
doesn/tcausemuchpain.Itputsmostoftheweightonmykneesandsoitdoesn'tputsomuch
pressureonmylowerbackasmybackstaysalittlestraighter.
ForthischairwasoneofthemoreinexpensiveonesonAmazonsoIwasn'tquitesureabout
it,butithadgoodreviewssoIpurchasedit.Whenitcamethemainpartofthechairwasalready
assembled.Allwehadtodoisputfourboltsineachoftheseatpads.Andwhatyouneedforthat
isaPhilipsscrewdriver.Theotherthingwehadtodoisattachthecasterwheelsandthereisa
wrenchincludedinthepackaRinHtodothatsotheassemblyisprettyquick.
Seehere,it'sadjustable.Youhavefourdifferentsettingshere-youjustputitonthepe-

ofthereasonwhyIendedupintheshapeI'minbutthingsarestartingtoimproveandIreally
