Strengthening Policy Making Capacities of Diaspora Ministries in Africa (SEDIMA)ABOUT THE AFRICAN DIASPORA POLICY CENTREThe African Diaspora Policy Centre (ADPC) is a Diaspora think tank devoted to the study of migration and development related issues from the perspective of the Diaspora. ADPC works with three main target groups:1. African diaspora organisations in Europe2. Policymakers dealing with diaspora related issues in Europe3. Policy makers and governmental officials dealing with migration in Africa. It is a participatory way of monitoring changes in behavior. Ownership of this tool is with the governmental official. Target beneficiar
