纳米比亚光伏项目 职业健康管理程序 第 0 页 共 3 页 中国电建集团贵州工程公司 职业健康管理程序 Occupational Health Management Process 1 目的 Purpose 为做好职业健康、卫生防疫的管理工作，落实劳动保护各项规章制度，控制组织 活动中的职业病和中毒事件的发生，消除组织活动中危及员工健康的各类因素，确保 环境安全和员工的身体健康，制定本程序。 To manage the work of occupational health, and epidemic prevention, implement the rules and regulations of labor protection,control the occupational diseases and poisoning incidents and eliminate factors which may endanger staffs health in the organizational activities, and ensure environmental safety and staff in good health. 2 职责 Responsibility 2.1 办公室 office 2.1.1 负责职工健康查体结果汇总资料的保管及疾病的处理。 Responsible for managing the data of staffs health checkup results and disease treatment. 2.1.2 负责与外界医疗机构的信息交流，协调、处理相关职业病事宜。 Responsible for communication with other medical institutions, coordinating and handling matters relevant occupational diseases. 2.1.3 负责做好劳动保护工作，协助有关单位执行有关劳动保护的规定。 Responsible for labor protection, and assisting relevant organizations to execute rules and regulations of labor protection. 2.1.4 负责所辖区域食品卫生和环境卫生工作。 Responsible for food and environmental sanitation. 2.2 财务资金部负责职业病防治、卫生防疫等专项费用的落实。 The Finance Department is responsible for the implementation of special funds for occupational disease prevention and epidemic prevention. 3.程序 Procedures 3.1 职工查体 Staff physical examination 3.1.1 办公室组织拟录用人员到职工医院进行查体，对身体状况不符合招用条件者不予 录用。 纳米比亚光伏项目 职业健康管理程序 第 1 页 共 3 页 中国电建集团贵州工程公司 Office organizes staff to be hired to do physical examination. Staffs whose physical condition can not meet requirement are not allowed to hire. 3.1.2 从事高空作业的人员在上岗前，由用人单位负责组织到指定医院进行健康查体。 Staffs working at height before work shall do the health examination in the designated hospital by the employer. 3.2 卫生防疫 Epidemic Prevention 3.2.1 办公室负责职工食堂、项目部生活区（含分包商）管理，组织食品卫生服务从业 人员上岗前的健康查体，炊事员必须取得地方卫生防疫部门健康证后方可上岗，并作 好每年一次的复查工作，建立健康证档案。 Office is responsible for managing staff canteen and living area of project department(including subcontractor), and organizing health examination of staffs employing food sanitation service before working. The cook must obtain certification for health from local epidemic prevention department to work, and do the annual reexamination and establish health certificate file. 3.2.2 项目部生活饮用水必须经化验合格，方可用于饮用。禁止饮用不卫生或未经检验 合格的水。 The drinking water of the project department must be qualified for drinking. Prohibit drinking unsanitary or unqualified water. 3.2.3 办公室根据防暑、防疫需要，提出防暑、防疫药品和用具购买计划，报公司或项 目部分管领导批准，按公司有关规定购买、发放。 Office shall provide company or leadership of project department with purchasing plans of medicines and equipment for heatstroke prevention and epidemic prevention. After the plan is approved, the medicines and equipment can be purchased and given out according to the relevant provisions of the company. 3.3 职业病防治 Prevention and Cure of Occupational Disease 3.3.1 安全环保部组织相关部门对有职业危害岗位的单位进行监督检查，重点检查年度 职业病防治工作实施方案的落实情况，发现问题按照规定处理。 Safety and Environmental Protection Department shall supervise and inspect institutions with occupational hazard position, especially the inspection of implementation of annual 纳米比亚光伏项目 职业健康管理程序 第 2 页 共 3 页 中国电建集团贵州工程公司 occupational disease prevention and cure. The problems, if any, shall be dealt in accordance with the provisions. 3.4.2 从事有职业病危害工作的人员，由所在单位组织进行职业健康检查，不符合健康 标准的人员不得上岗。 Staffs employed in occupational hazard work shall do the occupational health examination organized by employer. If failing to meet the requirement, the staff can not work. 3.5 出入境人员管理 Exit and Entry Personnel Management 3.5.1 所有岀境人员均需办理健康证，并根据出入境检验检疫局要求和项目调研报告有 针对性接种疫苗或采取其它预防措施，方可安排出境。 All exit and entry persons are required to have health certificate. The persons can leave the country only in the case of having targeted vaccination and other preventive measures in accordance with Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau requirement and project research report. 3.5.2 项目规划阶段，项目部要向物资装备部提出相关预防药品和设备设施的需求计划， 物资装备部根据计划进行采购并及时运到项目现场。 Department of materials and equipment shall procure preventive medicine and equipment according to demand planning provided by project department in the project planning phase, and deliver them to the project site timely. 3.5.3 项目部须针对相关疾病的特点做好控制传染源和切断传染途径的措施，如消毒、 搭设蚊帐、驱蚊虫、保持良好的卫生习惯、勤洗澡、勤换衣服等。 The project department shall take measures to control the source of infection and cut off the route of transmission according to the characteristics of relevant diseases, such as, disinfection, putting up mosquito nets, repellent, keeping a good health habit, bathing, changing clothes regularly and
