An important conjunctionIf、whether的用法辨析： (1) 都有“是否”之意，常可互换。(2) Whether 可与or not连用表示“是还是不是”， if不可这样用。(3) 后接动词不定式时用whether而不用if。注意：if意为“如果”时 不可与whether互换。3. (2) have difficulty (in) doing sth.（用该短语描述班上同学的difficulty） T: When we have difficulty making a decision, we can use red, because red represents power and strong feelings.
