摘要 随着知识经济的发展，知识型工作已成为新经济的主要工作形式，知识管理能力已 经成为企业核心竞争能力关键。在知识经济时代，企业之间的竞争，知识的创造、利刚与 增值，资源的合理配置，晟终都要依靠知识的载体一一知识型员 = 一来实现。与其他类型 员工相比，知识型员工追求自主性，个性化，多样化和具有创新精神，传统的激励方式 并不一定适合他们。另一方面，随着经济全球化的到来，企业走向国际舞台己成为必然， 跨国、跨地区经营越来越普遍，不同的困家，不同的地区具有各自独特的经济文化背景， 这些都对知识型员工的激励带来影响和挑战。 本文旨在考察中美知识型员工激励因素之间的差异。为了更准确她把握这些差异， 笔者调查了中国国有企业的中国员工和美国本土企业的美国员工。在回顾了有关中美文 化差异，跨文化沟通以及激励理论的相关文献之后，本文就个人主义和集体主义，规避 风险，权力差距以及男性度和女性度这四个维度分析中美知识型员工的差异，并提出四 项假设。笔者通过问卷调查的方式对中美知识型员工进行了调查。根据问卷调查所得数 据，笔者检验了所提四项假设并着重分析了文化因素对中美知识型员工激励因素的影 响。最后，本文提出了本研究的一些局限性并对未来的相关研究提出了几点建议。 关键词：文化知识型员工激励因素 a b s t r a c t w i t ht h ed e v e l o p m e n to fk n o w l e d g ee c o n o m y ，t h ek n o w l e d g e -
