中文摘要 中文摘要 商务合同是中外经济实体或个人进行经济活动的重要依据。随着中国国 际贸易与投资的飞速增长，涉外商务合同的使用越来越多，人们也越来越关 注这方面的研究。然而，到目前为止，大多数的研究仍然局限于对商务合同 的一般性介绍和简单的文体特征的描述；而对于各种商务文体的语言学研究 尚处于起步的阶段，特别是对特定商务文体的语篇分析，如商务信函、商务 合同、商务法规条款等的语篇分析尚为鲜见。有鉴于此，本文以韩礼德( m 丸k h a l l i d a y ) 的系统功能语法理论为指导，运用比较研究、定量和定性研究的方 法对英文商务合同文本的语篇分析进行了专题研究。 为了进步验证系统功能语法语篇分析在各种文本中的适用性，拓展系 统功能语法的研究范围，使之在语言研究领域更进一步，本文运用系统功能 语法理论的核心思想一一三大元功能为理论框架，分析商务合同文本在实现 语篇的概念功能、人际功能和语篇功能时所运用的手段及其特征。本文共分 为六个部分： 第一章简述了本研究的背景和商务合同钧定义及其所属的文体变体。 第二章回顾了系统功能语法理论和语篇分析理论的发展历史。 第三章介绍了本研究的理论基础一一系统功能语法。本章先概述了整个 系统功能语法理论的框架，然后深入到系统功能语法下的语篇分析理论与方 法。 第四章介绍了本研究中所用到的数据的收集方法和分析方法。 第五章是全文的主体，分析了三大元功能在商务合同语篇中的实现，包 括实现概念功能的及物性和语态，实现人际功能的言语角色、语气和情态， 以及实现语篇功能的主位系统和篇章的衔接与连贯。 第六章是本文的结论和启示。 系统功能语法视角下的商务合同语篇分析 在这一研究中，作者证明系统功能语法这一语言学理论完全适用于商务
