浙江大学硕士学位论文 摘要 近柬，科研任务给国内的高校机构带来了深刻的变化。本文试图从组织故事和批 判话语分析理论的角度来分析这一现象，并以杭州某一高校作为例证。本文所收 集的资料包括这一高校网页上的文件，会议 二的发苦录音，以及个人采访。通过 对这些话语资料的分析，本文首先指出科研作为宏大叙述创造了种现实，在这 一现实中科研的地位得到了强化和突出。同时，这种宏伟叙述又是具有意识形态 的，因为它所描绘出束的现实定程度上是为管理阶层的利益所服务。文章接下 去指出，一个机构中虽有主导性的话语，比如此处的科研话语，但是同时也必然 有别的不同的话语。对这些话语的分析可以帮助我们了解科研机构中不同群体对 科研的态度。在所有这些话语的背后隐藏的足不同利益群体的权利关系。在这样 的话语斗一争中，不同群体的权益受到了不同的影响。所以，从某种程度来讲，各
