Greeting and review T: Good morning, class! Ss: Good morning, Miss!What chores can we help with? List them out. 2. Show students some pictures about chores, ask one student to help the teacher put them up on the blackboard. Then ask students if there is a more polite way to ask for help. Step 2 lead in Who does the housework in our home? Do you often help your mother with the housework? Let the students talk about them in groups. What will happen if no one does the housework in a home? Lets see what happened in Nancys home?Step 3 Reading 1. Read the passage in 3a silently and as quickly as you can to catch the main meaning.
