Unit 6 An old man tried to move the mountains Section A 1a2d一、Analysis学情分析本单元的教学为八年级下期内容，学生已通过一年半的初中英语学习，掌握了一些语法知识。比如一般现在时、现在进行时、一般过去时、if引导的状语从句等，所以对本课型的状语从句和一般过去时态用法理解掌握起来应该很容易。学生在小学语文里就学过愚公移山、西游记等童话故事，对童话故事有一定的了解，学生对此话题也有一定兴趣。因此可以以通过播放卡通片，然后再问问题的方式引入话题。二、Goals 教学目标1. Ability goals 能力目标1) 教会学生正确掌握并运用连词unless, as soon as, sothat引导状语从句的用法。2) 积累丰富与讲故事相关的话题词汇、语块和句子表达。3) 通过运用所学知识进行对话及听说练习。2. Emotional goals 情感目标对于事物要有自己的看法， 用辩证的看待传统的故事， 以及生活中的事物。三、Important and difficult teaching points教学重难点1. 教会学生能够用英语讲故事。2. 教会学生能够迅速准确地从所给材料中获取信息。3. 引导学生掌握讲故事的固定句型。4. 熟练运用所学的连词及状语从句的运用。5. 动词过去式的用法。四、Teaching procedures Step1.
