To learn some sentence patterns: Im thinking about what to wear. Thats right. Youre so lazy. Introduce the topic with the pictures and fashion labels,put the pictures on the blackboard. Then teacher says: boys and girls, today I will be a shopkeeper. This is my clothes shop. I have many clothes in my shop, I would like to welcome you to my shop and have a look at my clothes. You can buy the clothes you like. Believe me. My clothes are all in the latest fashion and they are also cheaper.(淡出)2. Let the students choose the clothes they like and talk with themT: Which one would you like?S: Id like this one.T: It is called blouse. It is a yellow blouse.3. Help students revise the names of clothing and present the new words.(屏幕遮盖)设计意图:创设服装店的情景引入本课生词。Step two: Presentation1. Ask students: “What are you wearing today?” Let the students answer and present Part A. Ask and answer with the students, like this:T: What is the boy /girl wearing?S: He/She is wearingT: What color is it/are they?S:It is/They are pink.2. Ask students to put the following words in the correct boxes and check it out together.设计意图:利用本班学生的穿着及颜色操练巩固所学内容。Step three: PresentationThe teacher comes beside a student and says: I think you look beautiful in this coat . What size is your coat?(The student answers :Size M) I like your coat very much. But Im afraid it is too small for me. Maybe my daughter can wear it. Can you lend it to me? Teach the new word lend. (飞入)2. Now Mille is asking her mother to lend her some clothes for the fashion show.Listen to the conversation between Mille and her mum and answer the question:What size is Mums blouse? Listen to the tape again and answer another question: (插入音频-01)Who can wear this blouse, Mille or Sandy?Listen and repeat ,then act it out .Explain the difference between borrow and lend borrow sth from sb /borrow ones sth lend sth to sb/lend sb sthe.g. Can I borrow a pen from you ? Can you lend a pen to me ?设计意图:通过与学生的对话引入本课重点短语并进行操练。Step four: Presentation 1. Teacher says: We have lots of clothes. Do you need to choose what to wear every morning? What about Eddie? Let the students discuss then lead in the dialogue between Hobo and Eddie2. Listen to the tape and answer the following questions:(插入flash-01)Q1.What is Eddie doing?Q2.What does Hobo think of Eddie?3. Read it freely and loudly then act it out.4.
