完全飼糧之玉米青貯料含量對白羅曼鵝消化道性狀之影響龔榮太1謝豪晃2 馮誠萬3陳盈豪41中央畜產會2國立屏東科技大學畜產學系3中華民國養雞協會4東海大學畜產與生物科技學系(收件日期:95年5月23日;接受日期:95年7月16日)摘要本試驗之目的係在探討添加不同含量玉米青貯料之完全混合飼糧(TMR)對白羅曼鵝消化道性狀之影響。以2週齡體重相近之雌白羅曼鵝144隻,逢機分配於三個處理組,即分別餵飼基礎飼糧(對照組)、基礎飼糧添加15%及基礎飼糧添加30%之玉米青貯料。每處理組飼養於1欄,每欄24隻,二重複,採網狀床面飼養,試驗期為10週。飼料及飲水採任食。鵝隻分別於4、8及12週齡試驗結束時,每處理組每欄逢機屠宰4隻,供測定消化道性狀。結果顯示,各處理組間之各週齡各段消化道長度與相對長度均無顯著差異。在4週齡時腺胃及砂囊絕對與相對重量,皆以外加15%、30%玉米青貯料TMR處理組顯著地較對照組為重(P0.05)。在8週齡時,以30%玉米青貯料TMR處理組鵝隻空腸與結直腸之絕對重量均較對照組為重(P0.05),採食30%玉米青貯料TMR處理組鵝隻之砂囊、空腸、迴腸、結直腸與小腸總重之相對重量皆與對照組有顯著的差異(P0.05)。在12週齡鵝隻之小腸總重、空腸與迴腸絕對與相對重量,亦以30%玉米青貯料TMR處理組較對照組為重(P0.05)。在12週齡鵝隻盲腸pH值隨玉米青貯料添加量之增加而降低,並以30%玉米青貯料混合完全飼糧處理組鵝隻盲腸的pH值顯著低於對照組(P0.05),而鵝隻小腸及結直腸pH值不受飼糧中玉米青貯料含量之增多而影響。綜合上述之結果,鵝腸道pH值僅有盲腸會受到飼糧中玉米青貯料含量之增加而下降,但與前人之研究相比較仍屬正常值範圍,故從pH值觀之,以玉米青貯料調配鵝隻TMR飼料並不會造成鵝隻腸道之擾亂,且玉米青貯料可促使鵝隻腸道發育增重,因此以玉米青貯料調配TMR飼料對鵝腸道是有利的。關鍵詞:玉米青貯料、消化道、完全混合飼糧、白羅曼鵝Effects of Corn Silage Levels of Total Mixed Ration on Digestive Tract Traits in White Roman GeeseJung-Tai Kung1, Hoe-Hong Hsieh2, Ching-Wang Feng3 and Yieng-Hoe Chen41 National Animal Industry Foundation.2 Department of Animal Science, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology.3 Poultry Association, Republic of China.4 Department of Animal Science, College of Agriculture, Tunghai University.(Received: May 23, 2006; Accepted: July 16, 2006)AbstractThis study was conducted to invesigate the effect of corn silage levels of total mixed ration on digestive tract traits in White Roman geese. One hundred and forty four 2-weeks-old female goslings were used in this study and were randomly allotted into three treatments and fed with basal diet, basal diet plus 15% corn silage and basal diet plus 30% corn silage, respectively. Twenty-four goslings were fed in one wire floor pen of each treatment with 2 replicates. Feed and water were supplied ad libutum throughout 10 weeks of experimental period. At 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age, 4 goslings were sampled from each pen and sacrificed for measurements of digestive tract traits. Results indicate that there were no significant difference between digestive tract absolute and relative length in goslings from 4 to 12 weeks of age. The goslings fed with basal diet plus 15% and basal diet plus 30% corn silage had higher absolute and relative preventriculus and gizzard weight than those of fed with basal diet (control group) at 4 weeks of age. The 8-weeks-old goslings fed with basal diet plus 30% corn silage had higher jejunum, rectum and colon absolute weight and gizzard, jejunum, ileum, rectum and colon, total small intestine relative weight than the control group(P0.05); moreover, the goslings fed with basal diet plus 30 corn silage had higher jejunum, ileum and total small intestine relative weight than those of control group at 12 weeks of age(P0.05). The pH value of caecum decreased with increase of corn silage in three treatments. Goslings fed with basal diet plus 30 corn silage had significantly lower pH value than that of control group (P0.05); however, the pH values of small intestine as well as rectum and colon in White Roman geese were not affected by corn silage levels and the pH values range agreed with those described in published literatures. Based on pH values of intestine tract, the feed of total mixed ratio with corn silage did not disturb intestine tract. Meanwhile it stimulate intestine weight. Therefore,
