Unit 7 Whats the highest mountain in the world? Section A 1a2c教学设计教学内容分析：本部分内容主要围绕地理知识展开，集中呈现了大数字的读法和表示度量的结构，并进一步拓展了比较级和最高级的使用。教学目标：1.能运用形容词比较级和最高级谈论自然、地理、人文之最。 2. 能表达较大的数字和度量结构。教学重点：1. is about+数字meters/kilometers+ long/ high/deep.2.用最高级谈论自然地理之最、人文历史。教学难点：较大数字的表达。情感价值观：了解我国和世界的一些“自然地理之最”中的知识，增强环保意识，热爱大自然，保护环境。学情分析：本节课通过谈论自然地理之最、人文历史的话题内容，学习如何表达较大数字和形容词的比较级、最高级句型。学生学过已经较小数字的表达和初步接触比较级最高级的用法,本节课进一步加深学习。活动1a通过呈现Qomolangma, the Sahara, the Caspian Sea, the Nile, the Yangtze River, the Yellow River这些图片，让学生学习如何用含有大数字的度量结构表述这些地理之最的信息。活动1b的听力材料呈现了描述这些地方的比较级和最高级结构，学生通过不断的重复练习这些句型和听力填空来熟悉这些结构的含义和用法。通过1a,1b大量的听说训练，活动1c让学生结对操练，进一步强化熟悉这些数字表达和比较级最高级的句型。在练习这些句型和数字的同时顺利过渡引入2a,2b听力材料的内容，按梯度设计，先熟悉并练习听力中一些重要的句型和信息，再进行听力练习。2a部分让学生按听到的内容给句子排序，2b部分要求学生听懂大数字的表达，最后运用2a的信息进行对话练习。这样，本节课通过大量的图片进行数字、几个重点比较级最高级句型的重复训练，再进行总结和练习测评，基本上就能掌握这些重难点了。教学过程与活动:Step 1.
