使用说明书USER MANUALTX-1500请在使用薄雾机前认真阅读此说明书Please read over this manual before operation the light CE中文说明书Chinese User Manual目 录1. 导言2. 安全须知3. 配件描述4. 专用烟油 4.1 一般说明 4.2储存以及注意事项5. 详细操作说明 5.1投入使用 5.2操作界面6. 机器保养与维护7. 疑难解答8. 规格9. 保修范围1. 导 言独特的TX-1500薄雾机以各种新的特性，开放的新领域操作提供给用户。以它连续的薄雾输出量，机器可以在任何领域操作，预期的效果可以达到最好的雾，因此，TX-1500能够填满整个房间或舞台，创造良好的气氛，为照明效果作出出色的支撑。泵和风机的合理配合和独立控制，使机器达到良好的降噪水平。因此，该设备用于任何领域中都不会造成干扰而倍受欢迎。在专业配制的2公升液体中，可以保证连续输出薄雾长达50小时的工作量。预热时间非常短（ 1分钟）凭借其1500瓦的功率，TX-1500薄雾机是非常强大的。2. 安全须知烟雾机不是玩具！1. 在操作时会有很热的蒸汽从喷嘴溢出，注意不要触摸喷嘴，有灼伤危险。2. 有时候，在运作时很热的液体随时会溢出，因此，不要直接对着人操作，保持喷嘴在3米（9.8英尺）的最小距离。3. 在使用机器时，不要遮挡出烟口，也不要用导管连接出烟口。4. 选择放置机器的位置必须是不易燃，不可燃，不对热敏感的，并保持60厘米（1.9英尺）的最小距离。5. 请不要放在人们走动的地方，应保持2米（6.5英尺）的最小距离。6. 雾可能激活探测器，应按实际情况操作。7. 人工造雾有多种不同的方式，本机器的雾化装置所产生的烟雾是无害的，而且此专业的烟油是完全溶于水的。必须使用我司生产的专用烟油，不同类型的烟油会对机器配件造成损坏，导致机器无法正常工作。8. 操作本机器时，应放置于干燥、没有灰尘或污染的、不受震动、通风良好的工作环境中。9. 油泵没有烟油的情况下，请不要运行机器。注意：有健康问题或者呼吸系统疾病或有过敏倾向的人员，应避免吸入烟雾！3.配件描述1. DMX5122. 电源线插口3. 电源开关4. 液晶面板4. 专用烟油4.1 一般说明（1）为了保证无故障运行,在使用该机器的时候，必须使用专用的第二代薄雾油，使用其他烟油会导致保修期失效，且对您的健康不利。（2）专用的第二代薄雾烟油的包装规格为6瓶一箱，每瓶容量2公升，您可以从当地的经销商购买。（3）专用的第二代薄雾烟油产生的烟雾粒子可以非常均匀地停留在空中，不易散去，灯光的穿透性非常好，而且避免了以往灯片粘油的情况。4.2 储存以及注意事项（1）专业的第二代薄雾烟油是一种高浓缩的烟油，保存时间可达6个月之久。（2）请把物品放置在阴凉干燥的地方，避免阳光直射。（3）如不慎接触眼睛，请用大量的清水清洗。（4）烟油不可食用，保持远离儿童，若不慎误服烟油，请及时就医。5. 详细操作说明5.1投入使用 正确连接电源插头，确保机器电压和当地电压相符合（220V /60Hz 110V /50Hz）打开电源开关，液晶面板显示界面1（请参照图1），接着显示加热状态的界面2（请参照图2），大约一分钟的时间，显示为界面3（请参照图3），表示加热完成。 图1. 欢迎使用 图2. 加热图3. 准备就绪5.2操作界面5.21 FUNC菜单 图1. 调节烟量（图1）. 按FUNC按键1下，显示界面1，表示调节烟量，按UP和DOWN，可调节1%100%的烟量，按VOLUM按键，即可工作。图2. 间隔时间（图2）. 连续按FUNC按键2下，显示界面2，表示调节间隔时间，按UP和DOWN，可调节1200s的间隔时间。图3 喷烟时间（图3）. 连续按FUNC按键3下，显示界面3，表示调节喷烟时间，按UP和DOWN，可调节1200s的喷烟时间。图4. 定时喷烟量（图4）. 连续按FUNC按键4下，显示界面4，表示调节烟量，按UP和DOWN，可调节1%100%的烟量。图5. 风量调节（图5）. 连续按FUNC按键5下，显示界面5，表示调节风机风量，按UP和DOWN，可调节1%100%的风量。图6. DMX调节（图6）. 连续按FUNC按键6下，显示界面6，按UP和DOWN，可调节1511的地址码。5.22.TIME 时间按键 按下TIMER按键，表示定时定量，界面显示在图2和图3之间循环，表示运行图2、3、4和5所设定的程序。再按一下此按键，可返回主界面（准备就绪）。5.23. VOLUM按键按下VOLUM按键，机器工作，界面显示1所设定的喷烟量。或者也可通过按UP和DOWN，重新调节所需要的烟量大小。再按一下此按键，可返回主界面（准备就绪）。5.24. MAUAL按键按下MAUAL按键，表示风机风量，界面显示5所设定的风量。或者也可通过按UP和DOWN，重新调节所需要的风量大小。VOLUM和MAUAL也可在加热完成后（未进入FUNC菜单的情况下）单独操作。5.3 DMX控制当插入卡龙插控制机器时，DMX拥有优先权（意思是指：当机器被DMX控制时,这个数据优先接管到512信号，随即机器上面的按键暂停使用）。当机器收到正确的DMX信号后，机器会有两通道，第一通道=泵，第二通道=风机。通过卡龙插，可连接多台机器，同时使用。6. 机器保养与维护定期清洁你的机器有助于减少零配件之更换及维修费用。 请不定时清洗用于防止风扇进入尘埃和污垢的过滤棉。 经常清理液体过滤器，有必要时请更换。 机器经过几小时的运作，会在喷嘴形成一些凝结的液滴，属于正常现象，并非故障。 当机器完全降温后，请清理凝结在喷嘴周边的液滴。 不可污染烟油，为了保持烟油之清洁，添加烟油后应立即旋紧瓶盖，请不要使用已受污染的烟油。 注意：机器的雾化装置不必清洗！如因不专业的自行拆卸清洗而损害雾化装置，保修期自动失效。7. 疑难解答故障：泵运行，但很少或没有烟雾产生原因：油瓶没有烟油或者烟油太小解决方案：检查油瓶是否无油；检查油管接口是否正确；检查油瓶中的过滤器是否堵塞；检查导油管是否扭曲或有缺陷；故障情况2：控台不能正常操控原因：从机器连接到控台失败解决方案： 检查插头是否正确插入； 检查电线是否有缺陷； 检查DMX起始地址是否正确；若有个别的控台不能正常操控，可将卡龙插的正线和信号线对调。故障情况3： 机器不能进行长时间工作原因： 过热保护装置被激活解决方案： 检查风扇是否堵塞； 断开电源一会，然后重新接通电源。故障情况4： 雾化装置堵塞解决方案： 发回厂家或当地经销商检修。8. 规格TX-1500薄雾机功率： 1500W电压： 220V/60Hz 、 110V/50Hz预热时间： 1分钟油瓶容量： 2公升机器重量： 11kg机器尺寸：55cm x 28cm x 27cm风扇转速： 大于1000转/分钟液体消耗： 0.4公升/小时烟量输出： 50000cu.ff/min雾度输出： 可调99步，1%开始的步骤烟雾密度： 可变量烟雾时间： 连续输出控制： DMX 512 两通道控制风扇速度及烟量，数码液晶定时定量控制温度控制： 微处理器控制过热保护： 自动调温器定时器9. 保修范围TX-1500薄雾机的保修：1. 免费保修条件被证明是由于质量问题和交付到最终用户的12个月之内，我们将对机器的故障及缺陷作免费维修。2. 以下情况，不属于保修范围： 不是使用指定专用烟油的； 发给我们返修时，机器还是装有烟油的； 在不正常的环境条件下使用或不可抗力所造成的机器问题； 未经授权的人员或者不是我们指定的机构对机器进行过修理和对机器内部配件进行调整的； 不遵守本说明书中的说明或不正确操作机器或通过暴力把机器损坏的。3. 机器的某些配件是“易损件”，并不在保修范围内。4. 保修服务不会引起保修时间的延长或一个新的开始保修时间，对于更换下来的部件质保期随着整个保修时间的结束而结束。5. 保修服务工作 把有问题的配件或需要更换的配件，发送给我们厂家或我们的服务中心，运费由消费者承担； 显示购买日期和序列号的发票或者收据需与有问题配件一同寄出，否则不能享受保修服务。6. 机器返修时，务必要倒干净油瓶的烟油。英文说明书ENGLISH USER MANUALCONTENTS1. Pump and fan have reasonable match and independent control so that it can make the machine reach up to good low noise level. Safety instructionsA fog machine is not a toy！10. Very hot steam escapes from the nozzle. Danger of getting burnt.11. Occasionally very hot droplets of fluid may escape when in operation. Thus never aim at persons directly and keep a minimum distance of 3m to the nozzle.12. Never touch the nozzle when in operation. Danger of getting burnt.13. The location for the machine must be non-flammable, non-combustible and not sensitive to heat. It has to be twice as big as the machine.14. Keep a minimum distance of 60cm to all flammable, combustible objects and objects sensitive to heat.15. The visibility has to be more than 2m in rooms where people walk around.16. Fog may activate smoke detectors.17. Artiicially-made fog can be produced in many different ways. The method used here to produce fog, with a device which works according to the vaporizer principle, is the most harmless one.18. You can buy from the local dealer. (3) The special second generation haze fluid can produce smoke particle which its can stay in the air evenly, do not disappear easily. The light penetration is excellence, and it can avoid the past viscous oil slides situate.4.2 Storage and a point for attention of the fluid(1) The“Haze Liquid” is ahighly concentrated fluid. You can store it for six months.(2) Please put the items into the cool and dry place ,avoid to the sunshine directly.(3) If do not carefully contact with the eyes,please clean it with plenty of water.(4) The fluid can not eat and must be keep away from the children.If do not carefully eat the fluid,please see a doctor in time.5. Operating the data5.1Putting into operation Connect to the machine supply. Make sure the correct voltage is selected.（220V /60Hz, 110V /50Hz）Turn on power switch，Picture 1 appear on the display（refer Picture 1），then Picture 2 appear,（refer Picture 2），after one minute，show Picture 3（refer Picture 3），it means warming up finished. Press FUNC one time, appear Picture 1, it means adjust the output, press UP and DOWN, it can adjust 1%100% output, press VOLUM, it can jet immediately. Picture 2 Interval time(Picture 2). Press FUNC two times continuously , appear Picture 2, it means adjust the interval time, press UP and DOWN, it can set 1200s interval time.Picture 3. Smoke discharge time（Picture 3）. Press FUNC three times continuously，appear Picture 3, it means adjust the smoke discharge time, press UP and DOWN, it can set 1200s smoke discharge time. Picture 4. Smoke Output（Picture 4）. Press FUNC four times continuously，appear Picture 4, it means adjust the smoke output, press UP and DOWN, it can set 1%100% smoke output.Picture 5. Wind output（Picture 5）. Show circularly the picture 2 and picture 3,it mean the machine will be worked as the setup of picture 2、3、4 and 5. Press the “TIMER” again,return to the main menu.5.23 VOLUM Key-pressPress “VOLUM”,the machine start to working, show the picture 1 spary time. Also it can adjust the spray time throught “UP” and “DOWN”. Press the “VOLUM” again,return to the main menu.5.24 MAUAL Key-pressPress “MAUAL”,fan output.It show the setup picture 5. Also it can adjust the fan output throught “UP” and “DOWN”. “VOLUM” and “MAUAL” can be control independently after heating up if the machine havent turn into the “FUNC” menu.5.3 DMX cobtrolDMX have priority when the machine put in the XLR socket.(it means the machine is controlled by DMX,the data will be connected the DMX, all the key-press on the machine will be stop using.6. Care and MaintenanceIt can reduce spare parts change and repair charge if you clean the machine termly. Remove the filter,which protects the fan against dust and dirt,from time to time and clean it.Check the state of the fluid filter from time to time and clean or replace it when necessary.After several hours of operation,some droplets of condensation will have formed at the nozzle. That is normal and not a malfunction.Remove fluid droplets at the nozzle only when the machine has completely cooled off. Please keep the liquid clean,do not put in other material. Do not using the contaminative liquid. Please lid the bottle after putting in the liquid.Please note: The vaporizer of our machines does not have to be cleaned! If open and clean by yourself not professional and damage the vaporizer,we can not grant warranty in this case.7. Trouble-shootingTrouble: The pump runs, but little or no haze is produced.Cause: The pump sucks no or too little fluid. Check whether the canister is empty Check whether the brass collar is properly connected with the brass oupling Check whether the fluid filter in the canister is clogged Check whether the fluid tube is twisted or defectiveTrouble: The console cant be controlled normally.Cause: Connection from the machine to the console is faulty. Check whether the plug is plugged in correctly Check whether the cable is defective Check whether the DMX start address is adjusted correctly If just some console cant be controlled normally,please exchange the XLR house line and signal line.Trouble: During operation the machine fail to work for a long timeCause: The overtemperature protection device is activated. Check whether the fan is cloggedTurn off the power for a moment,then turn on the power again.Trouble 4: The vaporizer is clogged.Please send the machine to the service-station or your local dealer.8.
