In that sense, the teaching work is not only the process of passing on knowledge and resolving doubts, but also a life project of developing the beings spirit world. Paying great attention to the students psychological feeling, mobilizing the students emotional strength, cultivating the students will and quality, and exerting the students creative talent is undoubtedly a significant mission of classroom teaching burden. Besides, it is important connotation of human quality. From a psychological standpoint, education is the most subtle psychological contact between people. The quality of classroom teaching can affect and constrain the quality of students learning. And it can boost dramatic changes of the quality of teaching. Therefore, the emotional factor in teaching is essential.Traditional teaching theory emphasizes too much on the cerebral rationality and cognitive function. And it unilaterally comprehends that the means to obtain knowledge is indoctrination systematization that focuses on no learner obtaining knowledge, ignores the learners whole effect on psychological development, aggrandizes the cognitive single function, and essentially denies the learners integration on psychological development. Education needs not only science and artistry, but also emotion. Passion is a recipe for moving peoples heart. It is also internal drive power for peoples behavior. Emotion is an important factor that can impact on forming students sane personality. Nicer emotion has several functions for instance stimulating intelligence, impetus, infection and empathy. If a student is more interested in something, this emotion can bring out the drive for studying. English teaching is not only the process of passing on knowledge, but also the process of emotional communication between teachers and students and the students brainpower development. Emotional teaching is that teachers put people-oriented to the first place in teaching, apply psychological theory and methods to stimulate and mobilize the students interest, motivation, self-confidence, volition and team spirit, which can affect the students learning course and learning results, which relate to emotional factors. And it is also that the teachers do their best to impel the students balanced development about intelligence, capability, ardor and interest, that is to say, make cognition, sensibility and volition promote between each other in order to attain the whole development of English learners qualities and capabilities. The last point is boost up the students motherland will and open up the students international view through the English course. However, negative emotion can affect not only the learning results, but also the students long-term development. So, perfect education is that teachers cultivate students to become in harmony with body, thinker, sensibility, spirit and mental efforts. The students are taught by cognitive and emotional mode. In the English teaching, the teachers should pay attention to the students feelings all the time. The one of English teaching goals is regarding and reinforcing the emotional English teaching mode. In the future, the teachers should pay great efforts to make emotion, cognition and language learning promote between each other, in order to realize the human beings development. 2. Emotional factor2.1 What is emotion?Emotion is a kind of psychological phenomenon. It is lucky that only human being has emotion and can express ones feelings. Emotion is emotional experience generated when the external object adapts to the needs of oneself or not. In the process of cognizing and changing the world, this or that relationship exists between human being and external object. According to understanding of the relationship, people take various attitudes to this kind of thing. These attitudes are welcome, admiration or refusal, opposition. Whatever attitude is taken, it is always that the person who generates the attitude experiences. If the person takes the attitudes of welcome and admiration, he will feel satisfied, delight and happy. If the person takes the attitudes of refusal and opposition, he will feel dissatisfied, disgusted and angry. The process of psychological activities is the persons emotional process. Emotion is constrained by the persons cognition. The character of emotion is determined by the persons judge and evaluation. For a thing, if a person judge that it is adapted to the need of own, the thing must arouse positive emotion. That is to say, generate desired, welcome, satisfied and happy experience. Otherwise, it can arouse refused, disgusted and dissatisfied experience.The emotion has close relationship with the various elements of the cognitive process such as consciousness, memory and thinking. It can not only stir regulate and control the cognitive activities, but also enrich the cognitive contents, make the cognition much more abundant and impel the cognition to develop. The gladness from successful learning can make the students feel that the more they learn, the more their passion is. However, if the students are downhearted pessimistic and disappointed after the failure on learning, it can affect on their learning progress and even make them disgusted with learning. The foreign research is indicated that the 25% students grade diversity can be explained by the individual emotional character. Thus it can be seen that the emotion is matter to the cognition.The emotion has close relationship with the humans needs. The emotion like the eagerness to obtain knowledge, the love of English, the beauty of English and patriotism can make the students form the strong learning motivation and active learning attitude. After finishing some learning assignment and reaching definite learning demands, the students can generate the new needs and desires. And they are driven to accomplish the new learning assignment and master the new knowledge and skills. The positive emotion has the function of adding powers and boost up the students abilities of exercising. It also can improve the learning moving and make the students exert their own capacities furthest. When the person has a delighted mood, his thinking is acute. Whatever memory the past or accept the new knowledge, it will go well. He can not only exert his level, but also sometimes exert himself super-normally to solve problems which were hard to deal with. However, when he is not happy, he thinks slowly. Even the simple problem is hard for him to solve. Nearly everyone had this instance once.2.2 The composition of emotional factorThe forming of emotion is determined by several factors on feelings. These factors include individual factor and relation factor. Emotion has two sorts. One is positive emotion, and the other is negative emotion. Positive emotion can promote the teaching progress. Negative emotion can hold up the teaching progress. The individual factor is mainly made up of learning motivation, learning attitude, learners character and anxiety. In the process of learning foreign language, the learners have different opinions to the objective language, the teacher and the teaching material. Most of theorists consider that the attitude is a reaction the individual gives to certain objects and the situation which is related with them. Many linguists researches are indicated that attitude as one emotional factor is important to whether learn the second language successfully or not. The motivation in learning foreign language is referred to the learners desirability and impetus. The research is indicated that the learning motivation is one of important factors which can determine whether the learners are successful in learning foreign language. The ego is self-love, self-respect and self-trust which the individual is aroused by positive self-estimate. It is also the mood in which the person looks forward to obtaining others, collective and social respect. The ego is an impetus which the person goes forward with and a positive psychological quality. In the environment where his ego is protected and encouraged, cognitive activities of the learner are more efficient. The anxiety is the emotion state with tension and fear which is formed when the individual ego and self is frustrated or his sense of failure and guilt is enhanced because he cant reach his goal or get over obstacles. It may be determined by character, or may be aroused by effect of surroundings. The anxiety is great emotion block which can affect on learning language.The relation factor exists between students and teachers, and among students, for example empathy and exchange in class. The empathy is putting the learners in the position of using the objective language to think. The empathy can affect on the attitude to individual and collectivity which speak different language and have different cultural background. Meanwhile, it can also take great effect on success or failure when the learners learn other language. The classroom is a place where the learners communicate with their teachers. As a result, the relationship between the teachers and their students and among students takes great effect on learning the second language. The exchange in class is an important mode of learning. The language learning needs to create certain language circumstance. In the language circumstance, it must have exchange. The exchange in class is not only dialogs among the students, but also between they and their teachers. Utilizing exchange in class with reason can help the learners learn language and improve effectiveness of learning the second language.2.3 The influence of emotional factorEmotion can generate great affect on the cognitive course. The affect may be positive, and it also may negative. Positive emotion is interest, proper pride, self-confidence, fierce motivation, pleasure and surprise. Negative emotion is anxiety, fear, shame, rage, depression, suspicion and disgust. The influence of positive emotion is positive. The influence of negative emotion is negative. Emotion impacts greatly on individual psychological characteristic and behavior motivation. It is an important factor on learners learning behavior and learning result. It has a function that can organize or collapse the cognitive activities. The thing which can arouse the persons fierce emotional experience, usually can promote people to dive into it untiringly, think about it, experience it, catch up it and master it. Great scientist Copernicus once said, he pondered over astronomy because of miraculous upsurge and encourage from emotion. Also some scholar pointed that the language learners did not absorb all the input language material. The input language material is filtered by various psychological factors such as learners motivation, attitude, self-confidence and anxiety degree. It is obvious that the emotional factor can promote or hold up the language learning.The emotional factors can help the students strengthen the memory of learning contents. The memory is the most important enginery in the process of learning language. According to the research fruit from scientist about the conformation of cerebra and its work, the part of controlling emotion in the persons cerebra is related with the part of disposing the memory store closely and it works key function in memory. So the contents with high density of emotional factor will be easy to memorize. Secondly, the emotional factor can assist the students in stirring the learning motivation. Emotion has special motivation function. It can serve as special psychological background to affect on behavior motivation state, inspire and guide behavior. In the process of learning, it is usual that the teachers vivid explanation and emotion attitude inspires their students interest in teaching process itself, and their students bring out the internal learning motivation. Thirdly, the emotional factor can drive the students to take part in learning positively. Emotion is impetus which can improve or break down main body to engage in certain specific cognitive activities. It can intensify or restrain the progress of cognition development. And it can affect or constrain the direction of the development of cognitive activities. In the process of teaching, the teachers can mobilize their students positivity of self-conscious learning and make it work on other factors to promote the learning progress, through the function of emotion impetus. Fourthly, the emotional factor can adjust the students learning activities. The research is found that emotion and sensibility can affect or adjust the cognitive process. When the level of emotion arousing is at the best state, the efficiency of operating is highest. Otherwise, when the level of emotion arousing is at the lowest state, the person will be at the deepest sleeping state. In the process of teaching, utilizing the adjustment function of positive emotion can improve the efficiency of cognitive learning. Contrarily, the negative emotion can make the process of learning unable to happen. Lastly, the emotional factor can improve the students ability of receptivity. Emotion is an important carrier to pass on information. When the person pass his own will, needs and opinions onto other people around him through the mode of emotion evaluation, it is much easier for others to apperceive and acceptance. And when the teachers teach the texts contents using the mode of combination of words signal and emotion signal, it can inspire corresponding emotion activities and improve their students level of absorbing information.3 The role of emotional factor in English teachingThe effect on English learning and teaching from the emotional factor is noticed early. In the process of English teaching, the emotional factor exerts the function of impetus and signal. It is important to obtain the well effectiveness of teaching.3.1 The two-way role in learningEvery coin has two sides. The role of emotional factor in English teaching also has the two-way role. One is positive and advantageous. The other is negative and disadvantageous. If the students feel delighted and gain the successful emotional experience in the process of English learning, they will be more interested in learning English. Otherwise, if the students suffer from frustration and failure, it will generate depressible emotion such as fear and terror and they will even lose the interest in learning English. In addition, if the teachers are at negative state to teach, their students can feel bad and can not serious for learning. The other way round, if the teachers are at positive state to teach, their students can feel good and like to learn. Obviously, the positive emotional factor is significant to gain the good effectiveness of teaching. The positive emotional factor can inspire the students positive emotion, arouse their learning motivation and cultivate the good relationship between the students and their teachers, and among them. Besides, it can make the students keep well psychological state and learning emotion. And that, the well psychological state and learning emotion is the need and guarantee of English learning durative. Finally, it can improve the normal English teaching to go well. So in the process of teaching English, the positive emotion factor should be advocated. The one mission of English teachers is that they should bring the function of positive emotional factor into play and try various ideas to realize it. Meanwhile, for the negative function of the emotional factor, the teachers should also take steps to prevent the bad English teaching.3.2 The prerequisite of good classroom teachingThe classroom teaching is not only the process of organizing the teaching by teachers, but also even the process of the communication between teachers and students. So, the teachers should give the strong love, sincere friendliness and equal respect to their students. In this way, their students will give the respect, trust and intimacy to their teachers. And the nicer atmosphere and emotional foundation which is good to teaching will be created. The harmonious and comfortable English teaching atmosphere can make the process of English teaching and learning go with a swing. All about this can come true because of the emotional factor. The emotional factor is the prerequisite in classroom teaching. If no positive emotion exists, the classroom teaching will go to worst. It is not real to put aside the emotional factor. That is because the process of English teaching and learning adulterates various humans emotions. To want to reach good classroom teaching, the emotional factor must be considered firstly. The emotional factor takes effect on the quality of English teaching. Only the positive emotional factor can lead to a good result. 3.3 The guarantee of improving effectiveness of teachingFrom the psychological research, it is indicated that the direct factor on working the good students learning emotion is good relationship between the teachers and their students. And it is obvious that emotional factors bring out the great function in English teaching. The love of teachers is the cherishing, care and respect which the teachers give to their students. And it is also a kind of noble sentiment which the teachers sense of reason, aesthetic feeling and moral sense coherence. The love of teachers is not only positive emotion, but also a kind of educational strength and means. Even it is the universal needs and aspiration from the students. If the teachers use drastic tongue or full of anticipant gaze and understanding smile, the comfortable and active atmosphere wi
