2016-2017学年度第二学期校内公共课教学设计及教学反思淮南市大通区九龙岗第二小学 平怀波(四下)Unit 4 At the farm Part A 一、教学目标1、 能听、说、认读单词:tomato, cucumber, potato, onion, carrot以及它们的复数形式。2、 能够听说认读本课时的主要句型:What are these/ those? Theyre Are these/ those.? Yes, they are. / No, they arent.并能做出简略回答。二、教学重点单词:tomato, cucumber, potato, onion, carrot三、教学难点potato和tomato的复数形式四、教学准备1、Unit 4 Part A部分课件。2、本课时所需习题纸40张。五、教学过程 (一) 热身(Warm up)Free talk.T: Whats the weather like today?Ss: Its warm and windy.T: How are you? Ss: Fine, thank you!(二)新课呈现(Presentation)(教学单词时以单复数形式先后同时呈现 tomato,tomatoes, carrot, carrots, potato, potatoes , cucumber, cucumbers, onions, onions。然后注意让学生观察单复数变化形式的不同,以便解决本课难点。教师适当强调tomato和potato的复数形式拼写的变化,carrot的复数形式读音的变化。)1、 课件出示西红柿图片,师问:Whats this ? Whats this in Chinese? 生答:西红柿。I like tomatoes. Do you like tomatoes?教师提问: What do you think of the tomatoes? Are they fresh?引导学生重复:They are fresh.利用课件出示tomato, carrot:The tomato is fresh. The carrot is fresh.然后启发学生说说fresh的意思。引导学生用I like 或I dont like根据自己的实际情况表达。2、请学生猜谜语:They are long and orange. Rabbits like eating them? What are they? 课件呈现图片并学习单词carrot。3、 课件出示土豆:Do you know it? French fries are made of it. Its a potato. Do you like potatoes? Look at the potatoes, are they big?引导学生重复:Yes, and the potatoes are big.学生根据用I like 或I dont like根据自己的实际进行情况表达。4、教师再用课件呈现黄瓜:Oh,its long and green. Its a cucumber. Do you like cucumbers? 让学生在回答中学习单词。5、教师课件出示洋葱:Its pink and round. It is often used in pizza. Its an onion. Do you like onions? 学生读单词:onion。(三)趣味操练(Practice)学生看课件。1、Lets read. Tomato, tomato, I like tomatoes; Potato, potato, you like potatoes.Carrots, carrots, do you like carrots? Cucumber, cucumber, they are cucumbers.What are these? What are those? They are potatoes. They are big.What are these? What are those? They are green beans. They are fresh.2、Read aloud(启发学生说出like后的名词是以复数形式出现的,教师强调单词juicy, tasty, yummy, tender, smelly的读音和意思。)I like tomatoes. I like tomatoes.Juicy and red.I like potatoes. I like potatoes.Tasty and brown.I like carrots. I like carrots.Yummy and orange.I like cucumbers. I like cucumbers.Tender and green.I dont like onions. I dont like onions.Smelly and white.3、Lets talk.Listen and circle:1、 Are these/those tomatoes?Yes, they are./ No, they arent.2、 These are/arent carrots.3、 They are/arent potatoes.4、 These/Those are onions. 5、 Are these/those cucumbers? Yes, they are.(四)巩固延伸(Consolidation& Extension)写出正确的英语句子。1. 这是土豆吗?是的,它是土豆。 2它们是西红柿吗?不,它们不是。 2. 有多少根黄瓜?十根。 根据所给的提示,完成下列问句。1 ?There are 12 tomatoes.2 ?They are onions.3 ?Its a potato .阅读短文,判断对错,对的打“T”,错的打“F”。Its sunny and hot today. I go to the farm with my parents. The farm is so big. At the farm, there are many animals. I can see 11 ducks, 23 hens, 8 cows. I can feed the hens and milk the cows there. There are also many vegetables: cucumbers, onions, carrots and tomatoes. I like tomatoes very much. They are juicy and red.( )1. Its sunny today.( )2. I go to the farm with my father and mother.( )3. The farm is not big.( )4. I like carrots.( )5.
