塑料手柄注塑模设计摘要：本设计题目为手柄注塑模设计，体现了塑料制品的设计要求、内容及方向，有一定的设计意义。通过对该零件模具的设计，进一步加强了设计者注塑模的基础知识，为设计更复杂的注塑模具做好了铺垫幷吸取了更深刻的经验。 本设计运用塑料成型工艺及模具设计的基础知识，首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求，为选取浇口的类型做好了准备；然后估算了塑件的体积，便于选取注塑机及确定型腔数目；最后分析了塑件的特征，确定模具的设计参数，设计要点，及推出装置的选取。通过分析塑料手柄的工艺性，可知塑件采用内抽芯机构进行脱模，由图可知，手柄为两个局部段，对应在模具上制成两个内抽的滑块，这些滑块始终不脱离型芯座。由于手柄部分要求严格，所以采用侧浇口浇注系统，脱模后不在修正浇口的痕迹。但采用这种浇口时，常常要在模具上增加一个分型面，以便浇口凝料脱模。关键词：工艺分析,塑件成型浇,注系统,模具结构 DESIGN OF INJECTION MOULD FORPLASTIC HANDLE摘要：本设计题目为手柄注塑模设计，体现了塑料制品的设计要求、内容及方向，有一定的设计意义。通过对该零件模具的设计，进一步加强了设计者注塑模的基础知识，为设计更复杂的注塑模具做好了铺垫幷吸取了更深刻的经验。ABSTRACT: This design topic is the handle of the injection mold design, the design of plastic products, content and direction of requirements, the design of a certain significance.
