1、- 10 -设计心理学教学大纲课程代码074102611课程名称设计心理学英文名称Outline of Design Psychology课程类别专业基础课课程性质必修学时总学时:32学时学分2.0开课学期第四学期开课单位设计学院适用专业工业设计授课语言中文授课先修课程无毕业要求(专业培养能力)NO1、2、10课程培养学生的能力(教学目标)完成课程后,学生将具备以下能力:(1)使用心理学方法进行设计调查。(2)建立用户模型。(3)良好的沟通能力。课程简介 该课程是工业设计专业的一门重要的学科基础课程。其目的是通过学习设计心理学,使学生了解并初步掌握设计心理学的基本理论,在此基础上,学习建立以人
2、为本的人机系统设计思想与设计方法。该方法的基本设计过程包括的步骤:用户调查,建立用户模型,制定设计指南,建立可用性标准与测试方法。本课程只要求学生完成这一设计过程的第一阶段工作(用户调查)的学习及训练。要求学生结合实际,自己寻找选择一个人机界面的设计课题,通过学习完成用户调查。教学内容与学时分配(一)心理学概述 2学时1、教学内容和要求(1)本课程的目的;(2)了解什么是心理学;心理学发展的简史;心理学的应用范围;(3)理解什么是设计心理学;学习设计心理学的意义和作用2、重点与难点 重点:什么是心理学、设计心理学及其应用 难点:心理学和设计心理学的概念及其内涵(二)使用动机与操作行动 6学时
3、1、教学内容和要求(1)理解并掌握“用户的价值”概念;(2)用户的需要;了解马斯洛的需要理论、奴丁的匮乏理论、韦伯的社会分层理论,了解掌握需要的四个基本因素,理解使用需要及其内涵,学习制定调查用户需要问题提纲(3)了解“社会核心价值观念”对使用心理的影响(4)了解和解读用户的操作行动;(5)能力;清楚理解什么是能力,能力的差异分类,能力与智力的区别;(6)使用动机调查;理解掌握什么是动机,什么是使用动机,如何调查使用动机;2、实践环节(1学时)(1)由第一学生学习课题小组讲第6节,老师做评价、总结3、重点与难点 重点:价值,核心价值,用户价值,用户需要,能力,动机 难点:价值、能力、动机的理解
4、;用户需要问题提纲的制定;(三)知觉与知觉行动 9学时1、教学内容和要求(1)知觉;理解什么是知觉,把握其概念内涵;(2) 注意;理解什么是知觉,把握其概念内涵;(3)用户的知觉特性;了解人的知觉能力及其特性;并基于此思考如何根据这些 特性确立设计的指标;(4)知觉行动;解读知觉行动的概念及其特性,了解知觉行动有哪些心理过程,如何依据这些知识指导知觉工具的设计。(5) 技能动作特性;了解什么是技能动作,它有哪些特性以及动作的结构及控制;(6) 技能行为;了解什么是技能行为,学习技能的过程及其需要的能力;(7) 汽车驾驶行为(8) 汽车驾驶思维工作量模型(9) 手动操作产品设计;了解手动操作产品
5、设计的问题和改进的方向。2、实践环节(2学时)(1)学生作案例分析报告(四组各十分钟):通过观察和思考某个产品的操作过程,分析需要哪些知觉?这些知觉发生在什么时候、什么位置,关注什么信息?(2)学生学习报告(四组各十分钟):两个小组讲第(7)小结,另两个小组讲第(8小节),老师做评讲和总结;3、重点与难点 重点:知觉,知觉特性,知觉行动,技能行为,学习技能的过程,观察用户操作产品时的知觉过程; 难点:对知觉、注意的理解,对知觉特性及技能行为关系在设计中的应用;(四)认知与认知行动 8学时1、教学内容和要求(1)认知;理解什么是认知及其特点,了解如何按照人的认知规律指导设计;(2)记忆;了解什么
6、是记忆、记忆的机制及规律;(3)知识表达;了解知识的分类及知识的表达形式;(4)思维;了解什么是思维,人的思维的基本特性,以及其如何指导我们的设计;(5)探索发现式思维;了解什么是探索式思维及其方式,并试图发现新的探索思维方式;(6)含义与理解;了解符号学,符号的种类,含义的理解与表达(7)词语和图标设计及常见的问题(8)规则行为与知识行为2、实践环节(2学时)(1)学生学习报告(二组各二十分钟);将班上的一半的学生再分成两组,每组都课前都扎实学习第(7)节并备课,课上两组各派一名代表来讲解这一节,然后老师评价总结;(2)学生学习报告(二组各二十分钟);将班上的一半的学生再分成两组,每组都课前
7、都扎实学习第(8)节并备课,课上两组各派一名代表来讲解这一节,然后老师评价总结;3、重点与难点 重点:认知,记忆,思维,含义与理解,知识表达 难点:理解认知、记忆、思维;符号学(五)专题研究 7学时1、教学内容和要求(1)行动组织与学习操作;了解一个完整的行动的层次结构,用户的学习,行动操作转换,人机界面经常改变的后果;(2)意志;理解什么是意志及其内涵;(3)用户的出错类型和原因;了解用户出错的类型并学会分析用户的出错原因;(4)设计引出的用户出错;深入学习领会设计为什么会引出用户出错(5)用户模型;深入学习并理解什么是用户模型并了解如何建立用户模型;(6)设计调查;了解设计调查的意义与作用
8、,学习用户调查的方法;(7)学生设计调查及用户模型分析作业报告2、实践环节(4学时)(1)学生设计调查及用户模型分析作业报告(四组各1学时);将班上的同学分成四组,每一组就一个产品做设计调查并做用户模型分析;然后,每一组给予1学时来做调查分析报告,全班讨论,老师作总结。3、重点与难点 重点:行动组织,意志,用户出错类型和原因,设计引出用户出错,用户模型,设计调查 难点:设计引出用户出错,用户模型实验教学(包括上机学时、实验学时、实践学时)8学时教学方法课程教学以课堂教学形式进行。考核方式本课程成绩比例为:期末考查(课程论文):100%教材及参考书现用教材:李乐山.工业设计心理学(第1版)M.北

(2) Build user model.(3) Good communication ability.Course DescriptionThe course is an important basic course for industrial design specialty. The goal of the course is to make students know and initia
12、lly master the basic theory of design psychology through learning design psychology, on this basis, the course makes students learn to build human-oriented design ideas and design methods of man-machine system. The basic design process of the method comprises the steps of user investigation, buildin
13、g user model, formulating design guidelines, establishing usability standards and testing methods. The course only requires students to finish the learning and training of the first stage of work of the design process (user investigation). The course requires students to combine the reality, select
14、a design subject of human-machine interface by themselves and finish the user investigation by study. Distribution of Teaching Contents and Class Hours(I) Overview of psychology 2 class hours1. 17、ry, know and master the required four basic elements, understand and use the demands and the connotation, study and formulate the outline of questions which is required for investigation of users(3) know the influence of core value of society to psychology of use(4) know and interpret users operatio
18、n actions;(5) ability; understand what is ability, the classification difference of ability, the difference between ability and intelligence;(6) use motive investigation; understand and master what is motive, what is motive of use, how to investigate motive of use;2. 21、teristics of users perception; know the perception ability of human and its characteristics; and think about how to establish the index of design according to the characteristics based on this;(4) behaviors of perception; interpret the concept of behaviors of perception and its characteristics, know
22、 the mental process which behaviors of perception have, and how to design the tool of perception according to the knowledge guidance. (5) Characteristics of action skills; know what are action skills, what characteristics do action skills have and the structure and control of action;(6) skill-based
23、behaviors; know what are skill-based behaviors, the process for learning skills and the ability it requires;(7) automobile driving behavior(8) workload model of thinking of automobile driving(9) design of manually operated products; know the questions and improved directions of manually operated pro
