8、SYSTEM DESCRIPTION 系统描述There are two (2) 4500KVA fan air-cooled transformers locatedransformer room. Thesetransformers will change the 690V supply to 2*690V supply. Transformrimary supply690V comes from 690V main switchboard and secondary side 690V supply goes to VFDsystem.During normal operation bo

13、rmer FAT出厂测试To prevent the paralleling of transformers, a safetyerlock arrangement is providedbetn the twoers and the bus-tie breaker at the 480V main switchboard. This onlyallows any two breakers to be able to close at any given time among the three.There are two (2) 63KVA Pre-MAG Transformer, The

14、63KVA Pre-MAG Transformer islocatedransformer room. The 63KVA transformer units consist of Voltage Grade690V/690V three phaseer type (Pre-MAG Transformer).There are two (2) 400KVA natural air-cooled transformers locatedransformer room.These transformers will step down the 480V supply to 230V supply.

The 150KVA transformer units consistof Voltage Grade 480V

18、/230V three phaseThe 150KVA air-cooled transformer locateder type (step- down Transformer).he emergency engine room will step downfrom 480V emergency switchboard to 480/230V emergency switchboard.有两台 4500KVA 风冷却主变压器安装在变压器间。这变压器将 690V 转换 690V。变压器原边的 690V 供给来自 690V 主配电盘,二次侧 690V 供给到 VFD 系统。在正常运行期间,一、二

19、号变压器将相应的供给为 930VDC 母排 A 和 B 段。有两台 2250KVA 风冷却主变压器安装在变压器间。这变压器将 690V 降压到 480V。变压器原边的 690V 供给来自 690V 主配电盘,二次侧 480V 供给到 480V 主配电盘。当由于故障或维修时,二号变压器不能供给到 480V 汇流排 B 段,电源从一号变压器供给到 480V 汇流排 A 段并通过母联断路器供电到汇流排 B 段,反之亦然。为了防止变压器并联,安全互锁设置在 480V 配电盘进线断路器和母联断路器上。在三个断路器中只允许二个同时闭合。有两台 63KVA 预充磁变压器,63KVA 预充磁变压器安装在变压器

20、间,63KVA 预充磁变压器单元由电压等级 690V/690V 三相电源组成(预充磁变压器)。有两台 400KVA 自然冷却主变压器安装在变压器间。这变压器将 480V 降压到 230V。变压器原边的 480V 供给来自 480V 主配电盘,二次侧 230V 供给到 230V 主配电盘。 当由于故障或维修时,二号变压器不能供给到 230V 汇流排 B 段,电能从一号变压器供给到 230V 汇流排 A 段并通过 母联断路器供电到汇流排 B 段,反之亦然。为了防止变压器并联,安全互锁设置在 230V 配电盘进线断路器 和 母联断路器上。 在三个断路器中只允许二个同时闭合。有一台 150KVA 应急
