1、外贸英语函电课程教学大纲课程代码:090093课程名称:外贸英语函电 英文名称: Foreign Trade Correspondence学 分:48 总 学 时:48 讲课学时:48 实验学时: 上机学时: 课外学时: 24 适用对象:经济和管理类国际贸易专业、国际营销专业先修课程:国际贸易实务、专业英语学生自主学习时数建议:一、课程性质、目的和任务 外贸英语函电是一门融国际贸易业务与英语为一体的本科高年级专业英语基础课。其目的是使学生了解国际贸易往来的一般程序,掌握外贸英语函电的格式、专业词汇、行文方法与文体特点,能够撰写各种规范的英语函电,草拟有关的各种业务合约。培养既掌握国际经济贸易的
2、基础理论又具备撰写和处理国际商务英语函件能力的高素质人才,为毕业后从事对外经济贸易业务和有关商务活动打下必要的基础。二、教学基本要求本课程讲授了外贸常用文体的基本知识,以对外贸易业务磋商过程中各个环节往来函电为实例,以外贸业务磋商各个环节建立业务关系、询盘、报盘、推销、还盘、成交等的常用表达及写作技巧为研究对象,以介绍各类协议、合同的拟写方法和语言的应用,各类单据及单证实例如信用证、订单、提单等为主,让学生全面了解外贸业务知识的各个环节,掌握撰写和处理国际商务英语函件的方法和技巧。本课程教学应达到以下基本要求:1、了解并熟悉外经贸进出口的关键步骤,掌握信函布局、信封写法及撰写技能和方法。2、重
3、点掌握外经贸业务信函的撰写要点,做到在一般情况下能写出内容确切、表达得体、符合规范、语句通顺、没有语法错误的信函、传真及电子邮件。3、了解业务信函的趋向,能够利用函电往来进行外贸业务磋商。4、熟练运用外贸函电的翻译习惯和技巧,正确翻译往来信件、传真和电子邮件。5、了解常用外贸术语以及外贸单证的一般格式,掌握常用外贸单证的填制和审核。6、了解外贸各类协议以及合同的常用条款,并能运用所学知识草拟一般业务合同。三、教学内容Unit One Layout of a Business Letter.Content(1)The importance of writing a business letter
