8、callyfordetectingleakage(leakageinside)ofTubes”ofboilerintime.Thesystemincludes:groundedmonitoringpartandoperationmonitoringpart.系统的就地检测部分安装在锅炉现场,操作监测部分则集成在监测机柜中,安装在单元控制室或电子设施间。Groundedmonitoringpartisinstalledatboileronsite;operationmonitoringpartisintegratedinmonitoringcabinet,installedinunitcontr

9、olroomorelectronic-equipmentroom.1.1安装构造InstallationStructure整个系统的就地检测部分包括测点声导管、一体化传感器、就地接线盒、就地信号电缆以及防腐清灰装置等。操作监测部分则包括工控计算机、彩色监视器、监测系统主机、彩色打印机以及系统监测机柜等。Groundedmonitoringpartincludes:soundmeatusofobservationpoints,integratedtransducer,groundedjunctionbox,groundedsignalcableandanticorrosivecleaningde

13、net.1.2测点安装InstallationofObservationpoints锅炉承压管泄露在线监测系统的测点安装,可分为声导管和传感器两部分,其中重点在于声导管的安装。Installationofobservationpointsofthemonitoringsystemincludes:soundmeatusandtransducerpart.Thekeypointrestswithinstallationofsoundmeatuspart.声导管构造StructureofSoundMeatus声导管用于从炉传达噪声信号至传感器。过去由?603.5mm钢管束成,分为J型声导管和Y型声

14、导管,其构造见图1.2和图1.3。SoundMeatusisusedfortransmittingnoisesignalfromfurnacetotransducer.Usuallyitismadeofsteeltubewhichis?603.5mm.ItincludesJ-SoundmeatusandY-Soundmeatus,seefigure1.2andfigure1.3.(1)J型声导管构造StructureofJ-SoundmeatusJ型声导管主要用于非水平烟道的测点,其构造见图1.2。图中白钢套的作用是向上搬动露出开孔,经过此孔清理声导管前端的积灰或结焦,还能够适看作看火孔用,此

16、声导管构造StructureofY-Soundmeatus锅炉为平衡通风系统,水平烟道地区易发生正压,正压使烟气进入声导管后在低温结露化合成硫酸,使传感器很快腐化,同时声导管前端易积灰。Boilerisabalancedventilationsystem.Levelflueiseasytoproducepluspressure,andthepluspressuremakesfluegasentersoundmeatus;thefluegasbecomessulfuricacidatlowtemperature,andmakestranduceretchedquickly,atthesameti

19、安装地点由传感器有效监测半径确定,原则为612m。部署传感器的数量应保证对全炉承压受热面泄露进行有效的监测,且监测应做到无盲区。Thelocationofsoundmeatusisdecidedbytheeffectiveradiusoftransducermonitoring,usuallyitis612m.Thenumberoftransducershouldensurethatallheatingsurfacesleakagecanbedetected,andensurethattheresnoblindspace.由于锅炉型号的不同样、构造的不同样、安装工艺的不同样以及锅炉安装地区的不

22、安装角度除了顶棚外其余J型声导管为仰角45O,见图1.4;Y型声导管为仰角30O。测点上部要留有足够空间。2)InstalledangleofJ-soundmeatusisanelevationof45excepttop-room,seefigure1.4.InstalledangleofY-soundmeatusisanelevationof30.Enoughspaceshouldbekeptatupsideofobservationpoint.(3)测点地点要有走台,以便于保护。(3)Platformshouldbelocatedneartheobservationpointformain

24、ingHole(1)水冷壁利用看火孔上方三角区开孔方法1)Boringholeonwater-cooledwallmakinguseoftriangleareaabovethefirehole.大容量锅炉过去为膜式水冷壁,水冷壁间距较小,应尽量利用原有备用吹灰孔、看火孔、人孔门等上方的三角区,减少工作量,预防弯管开孔而破坏水冷壁的原构造。Thelargecapacityboilerusuallyismembranetubewall;spacebetweenwater-cooledwallsistoosmall,sothetriangleareabovethesootblowinghole,fi

28、eofwater-cooledwall若是水冷壁测点没有相应的看火孔等可利用,过去锅炉水冷壁管间距较小,考虑到安全因素,则采用在水冷壁鳍片上开窄孔的方式。竖向构造水冷壁在相邻的鳍片上开两条长的矩形孔,宽度按鳍片实质尺寸。利用方箱过渡进行满焊,再将声导管安装到方箱上。见图1.7。Iftherenosfireholeonwater-cooledwallcanbeusedasobservationpoint,usuallythespacebetweenwater-cooledwalltubesisnarrow;inviewofsafefactor,finnednarrowholeonwater-co

30、etubeBox方箱2mm图1.7利用水冷壁鳍片开孔安装声导管Figure1.7Themethodofboringholewhichmakesuseoffinnedholeonwater-cooledwall(4)包墙过热器开孔方法(4)Boringholemakinguseofenclosure-wallsuper-heater锅炉包墙过热器节距较大,安装声导管时一般不需弯管,只要将鳍片开孔即可。鳍片开孔时在保证过热器安全的前提下,尽可能使其与声导管口径同样,当鳍片间距小于声导管径时,鳍片开孔为一椭圆孔,同时将声导管前端适合压扁。开孔方法见图1.8。Theresbroadspacebetwe

33、gsoundmeatusonside-wall:侧墙声导管斜段长度大于700mm,现场安装确定实质应留长度。Thelengthofbeveledgeofsoundmeatusonside-wallshouldbebiggerthan700mm;actuallengthisdecidedduringinstallation.声导管的安装原则应保证其上部法兰盘便于安装及检修传感器。法兰盘上部传感器安装高度为大于300mm(见图1.4)。Installingsoundmeatusshouldensuretheconvenienceofinstallingandmaintainingthetransd

34、ucer.Theinstallingheightabovetheflangeshouldbemorethan300mm(seefigure1.4).安装声导管时应保证声导管根部与水冷壁平齐,不同样意声导管伸入水冷壁侧。Wheninstallingsoundmeatus,thehemlineofsoundmeatusandwater-cooledwallshouldbekeptatthesamelevel.Itisntallowedthatsoundmeatusisinsertedintowater-cooledwall.声导管与包墙护板满焊,固定可靠。全部侧墙声导管安装时型声导管与侧墙呈45角

37、Detailsseeinstallationscheme.(3)顶棚声导管的安装方法:(3)Themethodofinstallingsoundmeatusontop-roof:顶棚声导管的前端直段应依照保温层厚度确定,见图1.4右图。保温层外声导管直段长度不小于1000mm,能够用同种类的钢管延伸连结。Thefrontstraightpartofsoundmeatusontop-roofshouldbedecidedaccordingtothicknessofthermalinsulatinglayer,seerightfigure1.4.Thelengthofsoundmeatusouts

38、ideofthermalinsulatinglayershouldnbetlessthan1000mm,steeltubeofthesametypecanbeusedforextention.声导管的保护MaintenanceofSoundMeatus运行时期应如期清理积灰及结焦,保证声导管的畅达,当计算机显示声导管堵灰信息时,应实时翻开清灰孔检查堵灰情况并进行清灰办理。Cleaningshouldbetakenperiodicallyduringoperationinordertoensurethatsoundmeatussareexpedited.Whencomputerdisplayst

39、heinformationofashblockage,shouldopenhole,checkashblockingandcleaningshouldbetakenassoonaspossible.锅炉大小修时期应检查声导管焊接部分可否零散或产生裂纹。Duringcheck-upperiod,cracksonthemeatusshouldbechecked.传感器的安装Installationofthetransducer传感器的外型如图1.9所示,是一个带有法兰盘的柱体。安装时,将传感器的法兰盘与声导管的法兰盘瞄准,中间再加上3mm厚的石棉垫或3mm厚的耐热橡胶垫,尔后用M830的螺栓固定好

41、兰变形。Becauseflangeoftransducerismadeofinsulatedmaterial,boltshouldbeunderlaidbyflatmatandspringmat.Makesuretheboltisntscrewedtootighttoavoidflangebeingdistorted.改换传感器时,先拧下航空插头,再卸掉四个螺栓,换上新的传感器再将航空插头接上即可。Whentransducerisbeingreplaced,demounttheavigationplugandotherfourboltsfirst,thenexchangenewtransduc

42、erandconnecttheaviationplug.传感器为名贵元件,应严格预防振动,更不能够用任何物品敲打,以预防造成不应有的损失。Transducerisexpensive,shakingorbeatingshouldbeavoidedtopreventloss.1.3电缆安装Installationofcable就地部分的安装除声导管和传感器以外,还包括电缆敷设、接线盒的安装。Installationofgroundedpartincludeslayingcablesandinstallingjunctionbox,inadditiontoinstallingsoundmeatusa

43、ndtransducer.接线盒的安装InstallationofJunctionbox接线盒的安装数量为4个,采用20线左右的热工信号端子箱。Thenumberofjunctionboxesusuallyis4,usingthermalsignaljunctionboxwithabout20threads.端子箱的地点一般应凑近所要接入的全部测点,并且尽量凑近热工电缆走线槽或电缆桥架。锅炉的甲、乙两侧适合地点各放一个,在尾部烟道测点周边放置一个,在水平烟道处放置一个。Thelocationofjunctionboxshouldbeclosetoallofobservationpointwhi

44、chwillbejoined,andplacedasclosetothermalcableslotorcablebridgeaspossible.Putoneboxonbothsidesoftheboiler,onenearobservationpointsoftailflueandoneonthelevelflue.若是用户的锅炉为670吨或更小的锅炉,也能够省却水平烟道的接线盒,将水平烟道的测点就近分别引入甲、乙两侧的接线盒和尾部烟道处的接线盒,甲、乙两测的接线盒地点应相对提高。Iftheboileris670torsmaller,junctionboxoflevelfluecanbesp

45、ared,butthejunctionboxesatfirstandsecondsidesoftheboilershouldbeheightened.电缆及接线CableandConnection本系统现场由接线盒到传感器的电缆采用ZRKVVP41.0的电缆,实质使用中,只取用其中的3芯,另一芯备用。由接线盒到控制柜的电缆采用ZRKVVP6(14、22)1.0的两种电缆。ThesystemonsitebythejunctionboxtothesensorcableadoptsZRKVVP4x1.0cable,inactualuse,onlyuseoneofthethreecore,anothe

46、rcore.Setaside.FromconnectortothecontrolcabinetofcableusingZRKVVP6(14,22)x1.0twokindsofcable.接线盒至控制盘端子排的电缆,采用多芯,其芯数的多少,视接入该接线盒传感器的数量而定,基根源则为:传感器个数21芯公共线+1芯备用。其接线方法可参照图1.10。(注意:为了检修方便公共线以不高出个测点引出一根)Fromjunctionboxtoterminalsincontrolpanel,multi-corecableshouldbeused.Thenumberofcoresisdecidedaccording

49、般情况下计算机主机在泄露监测主机上方,这样便于电缆的连结。以上电缆均由厂家向用户供应。Ifuserchoosesthemonitoringsystemwithcabinet,thestructureofinstallationisshowninappendixwithcabinetstructure.Ifuserdoesntchoosecabinet,thehostcomputer,colormonitorandkeyboardshouldbeputtogether.Thereare24cablesconnectinghostwithmonitoringcabinet.Usuallyputth
