滚法

RollingManipulation

一、定义（Definition）

以小鱼际及手背尺侧为着力面，沉肩、垂肘、立臂、竖掌，肘关节与前臂做周期性的屈、伸与内、外旋臂摆动，并带动腕关节屈、伸，使弓成圆形的手背在施术部位上作来回滚动的手法即谓滚法。

PurportofOperation

1、本法在连续操作时，要特别注意，手背着力面须紧贴治疗部位的皮肤,不能在上面来回拖檫与滑移。

2、力度与节律要均匀。

3、在摆动周期之间，术手不要抬起离开治疗部位。4、手的掌指与指间关节一直保持自然屈曲姿势。5、腕关节的屈伸交替要过渡自然，不要引起跳动。6、本法的频率在120~160次之间。Whenthemanipulationisusedcontinuously,thefollowingshouldbecarefullyobserved:theoperator’shandbackshouldbekeptclosetotheskinoftheoperatedregion,scrubbingtoandfroandslippingonitshouldbeavoided.Theintensityoftheforceandrhythemshouldbeeven.Theoperatinghandshouldnotbeliftedupawayfromthetherapeuticregionbetweentheswingingperiodsincasetappingwillbecaused.Themetacarpophalangealandinterphalangealjointskeepinnaturalflexingpositionwithoutanyactivepinchingorclosingorextending.Thetransitionofthewristjoints’flexionandextensionshouldbenaturalwithoutanyjerk.Thefrequencyofthismanipulationis120~160timesperminute.三、作用

Function

本法具有舒筋通络、祛风散寒、温经胜湿、活血化瘀、解痉止痛、松解粘连、滑利关节等功效，尤以治疗运动系统与神经系统疾病见长。

滚法刺激面积大，作用力强，深透作用明显，是临床最常用的手法之一。本法除头面、前颈及胸腹外，其他部位均可使用，特别适用于腰背、腰臀及四肢肌肉较为丰厚的部位。
