终端RRC建立准备
初始开机的5G终端(UE)在完成与无线网络(RAN)下行同步后,正确解码
小区MIB和SIB消息,测量BRS,选定下行链路波束对.终端(UE)向无
线网(RAN)发送RACH前导码,5G-RAN回复RACH响应:完成终端与网
络的上行同步。
一、终端(UE)RRC建立过程
•根据业务或移动性管理需求终端(UE)向5G-RAN发送RRC连接建立请
求。
•5G-RAN为终端(UE)分配无线资源,回复RRC连接建立。
•终端(UE)与5G-RAN间建立RRC连接,回复RRC连接建立完成。
之后,终端(UE)与5G-RAN间之间将根据需要进行RRC连接重新配置。

二、无线网络中RRC建立
在无线网络中的RRC建立请求消息”RRCSetupRcquest”消息先由终端(UE)
通过空口(Uu)发送到gNB;
•在gNB拆分为DU与CU的架构中DU将接收到的
“InitialULRRCMessage”传递给CU;
•gNB根据终端(UE)的RRC建立请求为其分配无线资源,回复“RRCSetup,,;
•收到无线资源(承载)后,终端(UE)回复"RRCSetupComplete"消息。
