摘要 美国华裔诗人陈美玲是华裔诗坛上的一位重要诗人，她的诗作在美国获奖无 数，在主流诗坛也享有知名度。截至到目前，陈美玲已经出版了三部诗集，分别 是1 9 8 7 年的矮竹，1 9 9 4 年的凤去台空和2 0 0 2 年的纯黄色狂想曲。 她别具一格的诗风，吸引了不少批评家的关注和研究。与美国情况不同的是，她 在国内华裔文学界并没有引起相应的重视。笔者在收集资料的过程中发现，在人 大复印报刊资料全文数据库1 9 9 5 - 2 0 0 6 年的资料中、万方数据库和中国学术期刊 全文数据库( c n k i ) 中都没有收录她的相关资料。这种研究的不足其实与诗歌这 种体裁本身不无关系。在亚裔文学批评界，叙述性文体小说和自传倍受批评家青 睐，与2 0 世纪以来亚裔诗人数量激增的状况不相适应的是，诗歌批评始终是一 个被忽视的领域。尽管近年来出现了不少亚裔诗歌文学选读和研究论著，可多数 是对整体状况的描述与分析，缺乏对单个诗人的系统研究。并且这些研究中，以 主题研究和文化研究居多，不能体现诗歌本身这一体裁的独特属性和语言特点。 本论文选取华裔美国诗歌为研究领域，以美国华裔诗人陈美玲作为研究对象，以 新批评的理论，用文本细读法对陈美玲的诗歌语言进行研究，对她的美学进行了 初步的探讨。 陈美玲的诗歌继承了西方诗歌的文学传统。其中对英美抒情诗的继承是其诗 歌美学的重要表现之一。抒情诗一直是西方诗歌创作的重要形式之一。尽管不同 时期，抒情诗表现的形式有所不同：从1 6 世纪的十四行诗；到1 7 世纪，以多恩 为翘楚的玄学派诗人创作的爱情哲理诗；至1 9 世纪，浪漫主义个人色彩浓重的 抒情诗；再到美国2 0 世纪诗人惠特曼创造的自由体诗和威廉斯尝试以开放形式 创作的意象诗等等。在五百多年的发展中，尽管形式变化多端，抒情诗却一直都 是诗人们的最爱，也当之无愧的成为了英美诗歌创作的主流之一。美国华裔诗人 陈美玲的诗歌也以抒情诗创作而成，体现了抒情诗在新一代诗人身上的传承。这 篇论文的目的即以英美抒情诗的演进发展为主线，以文学的进化论为依据，将美 国华裔诗人陈美玲置身于英美抒情诗传统中，全面的、联系的、发展的研究她的 诗歌，分析她诗歌的语言特点，找寻英美诗歌传统对她的影响和她对前人的继承 和发展。并以文本细读的方法解读陈美玲的诗歌语言、诗歌形式和诗歌修辞。在 展现英美抒情诗发展的全景图中，重点研究美国华裔诗人陈美玲的诗歌美学。研 究者希望通过这篇论文，提供个研究个体诗人、研究美国华裔诗歌的新视角。 在美国华裔文学研究中过度凸显族裔性、淡化少数族裔文学的文学性的做法
