基于翻译文学作文学多冗系统中的地位比较g o n ew i t ht h ew i n d 的两个中译本 摘要 多元系统理论把翻译文学看成是文学多元系统的一个不可或缺的组成部分。 翻译文学在文学多元系统中所处的位置会对译者的翻译行为模式产生影响，当翻 译文学在文学多元系统中处于中心地位时，翻译活动会参与创造译入语文学中新 的、一级模式，并作为革新力量不但引进新的思想，而且引进新的文学模式。在 这种情况下，译者通常会打破本国文学的规范，采取异化的翻译策略，从而使译 本保持原文的“充分性”。当翻译文学处于文学多元系统的边缘地位时，译者会为 外国的文本寻找最佳的现成二级模式，成为保守的力量，于是译者通常会采取归 化翻译策略，包括对所译作品随意删减、或是把原作生硬地套入译入语文学中的 现成模式，结果导致译本的“充分性不足”，产生出在译入语文化中读者更容易接 受的译本。 本研究以以色列学者埃文佐哈尔的多元系统理论的观点为理论依据，即翻 译文学在文学多元系统中的位置会对翻译的规范、行为模式、翻译策略产生影响， 分析了美国作家玛格丽特米切尔的小说g o n ew i t ht h ew i n d 的两个中译本，分别 是傅东华于1 9 4 0 年翻译的飘和陈良廷等于1 9 9 0 年翻译的乱世佳人。本文 采用描述性比较的方法从词汇、句法、篇章三个方面对两个不同时期的译本中所 体现的翻译策略进行研究，以说明翻译文学在文学多元系统中的不同地位对译者 翻译策略产生的影响。这两个译本产生的时问相隔半个世纪，在此期问，翻译文 学在我国文学多元系统中的地位发生了巨大的变化，翻译文学逐渐从边缘地位走 向中心地位。2 0 世纪4 0 年代翻译文学在我国文学多元系统中处于边缘地位，因此
