11 6 0 ) 内容摘要 随着科技的发展，世界变得越来越平了，商务世界也是如此。商务书信往来在 国际商人之间起着桥梁作用，并最终会产生商业交易。如何写一封有效的礼貌的信 函在这样的交流之中起着至关重要的作用。一封礼貌的商务函电可以有效地增进贸 易双方间的信任，以取得商务活动的成功。周到( c o n s i d e r a t i o n ) 是商务信函7c s 写作原则中的重要组成部分。作者以语言学中的合作原则，面子理论和礼貌原则理论 为指导，在词汇和篇章两个层面，用实例具体分析如何遵循“周到”这一写作策略 写出真诚礼貌又能成功达到商业目的信函。 作者首先引述众学者在合作原则，面子理论和礼貌原则方面的理论成果，再介 绍了商业信件的功能、类别和7c s 写作原则，按照商务信函写作构思主要的两种方
