NOTE: You must be able to accept transfers and/or relocation between inter-department or our associate companies and accept and accept additional job responsibilities or job rotation as and when the company deems necessary and appropriate.Term This is a permanent position Probationary Periodo The statutory Three Month Probationary Period will apply to this role. During this time you will receive advice, training and guidance to help you become familiar with, and competent, in performing the work you have been appointed to do. The appointment is subject to the satisfactory completion of the Probationary Period which itself is subject to termination during any stage, by either party, upon two weeks notice in writing, or by payment in lieu of notice. The probation period shall be three (3) calendar months. During this period, either party could terminate by giving two (2) weeks notice or salary in lieu to the other party.RemunerationYour salary in probation is at a rate of RM XXX(Confidential to all staff). Your salary after probation is RM XXX(Confidential to all staff). Paymento Your salary will be paid by end of month not more than 7th next month. Covering 27th the last month to 28th the current month.o For unconfirmed staff the salary will be calculate per day of worko Confirmed staff the salary will be calculate as per month basicsUpon Confirmation the company will do the reimbursement for:- KWSPo KWSP payments will be made on your behalf at a rate of 11% of your base salary. SOCSOWill be paid base on basic salary every monthExpenses General ExpensesXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX will reimburse to you all reasonable, pre-approved expenses incurred by you in the course of your duties with XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on the production of legitimate tax receipts, vouchers or proof of payment as per the Company Expense Policy, which may be varied from time to time. Leave Entitlements Annual Leaveo You will be entitled to twelve (12) working days per annum for every calendar year services to be taken at a time or times convenient to the company after confirmation. Medical leaveo Upon confirmation, you are allowed a maximum sick leave of twelve (12) days per year with the production of medical certification by the Companys appointed doctor of from any government polyclinic. To increase to 18 days after 2 years and 22 days after 5 years or more.o Not confirmed staff any MC taken will be declare Unpaid leave Compassionate Leaveo You are entitled to a period of 2 days paid compassionate leave for each occasion where a family member has died or you need to spend time with a seriously ill family member. Each application will be assessed individually by your Manager. Long Service Leaveo You will be entitled to long service leave in line with the provisions of the appropriate legislation in your state.TerminationYou or the company may terminate your employment at any time giving After confirmation, one (1) months written notice or salary in lieu of such notice must be given by either party to the other party. TrainingXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX has a policy of providing ongoing training and development for all staff. Training will be provided for specific tasks and specific projects as required and is designed to maintain the currency of your skills and facilitate development.Confidentiality of InformationAn employee is not permitted under any circumstances either directly or indirectly receive or accept any gift (s), favour (s), discount, gratuities, profit, concessionary offers or other inducement from any person or organization having business with the Company.Where is considered impolite to refuse such gifts such as hampers or offers, the employee should, at first available opportunity, notify the HR Department of the gift.
