Unit 11 How was your trip一、教学目标:(一)知识目标:1. 学习并熟练掌握下列单词或短语。 milk, cow, horse, feed, farmer, quite, anything, grow, farm, pick, milk a cow, ride a horse, feed chickens,2. 学习并熟练掌握下列句型,谈论过去的事件。How was your school trip? It was great!Did you see any cows? Yes, I did. I saw quite a lot.Did Carol ride a horse? No, she didnt. But she milked a cow.Were the strawberries good? Yes, they were. / No, they werent.(二)能力目标:使用一般过去式的句型向其他同学描述自己做过了的事情。(三) 情感目标:鼓励学生积极参加课外活动,热爱农村,服务农村,多体验农场的各项工作。二、教学重难点1. 教学重点:掌握本节课的新单词、词组。学会使用句型Did you?Yes, I did.No, I didnt. Did she/he?2. 教学难点动词过去式,使用一般过去式的句型向其他同学描述自己做过了的事情。三、教学方法情景教学法 任务型教学四、教学用具 课件、多媒体、录音机、磁带,课本。五、教学过程Step 1 Preview:一.请默写下列单词。1.挤奶 _ 2.奶牛 _ 3.马 _4.农民_5.农场 _6.喂养_(过去式)_ 7.相当,完全 _ 8.任何东西 _ 9.种植,生长_(过去式)_二.请默写下列短语。1.给奶牛挤奶 _ 2.骑马_ 3.去散步 _ 4.喂鸡_ 5.和一位农民交谈_ 6.许多_ Step 2 Lead-in1.Question1: What do you often do on weekends?Question2: What did you do last weekend?Step 3 Presentation1.Lets go the happy Farm.T: What can we see on the happy farm. And what can we do on it?( Present the picture of Carol ,use the present tense to answer.)2.Read the all the words.3.Get the students to guess “What did she do on the farm?” Present the verb phrases “milked a cow, rode a horse, fed chicken, talked with a farmer” by showing these pictures. 4.Chant. Get the students to do a chant with the rhythm Two tigers.What did they do? What did they do? Went for a walk. Went for a walk.Milked a cow.Rode a horse. Rode a horse.5.Finish 1a, then check the answers. Try to read and recite the verbs and their respondent past form.(go-went, milk-milked, ride-rode, feed-fed, talk, talked, take-took)6.Look at the conversation, and learn the drills: -Did you see any cows? - Yes, I did. I saw quite a lot.-Did you ride a horse? - No, I didnt. But.Step 4 Listening1.Listen and circle the three things Carol did on her school trip in 1a.2.Talk about what carol did with the question: Did Carol? Yes, she did./ No, she didnt. Step 5 Pair workAsk and answer questions about Carols school trip.A: Did Carol take any photos?B: Yes, she did. A: Step 6 Listening1.Questions: Carol talked with a farmerWhat happened next? Now lets go on enjoying Carols story. 2a. Listen and Check () the questions you hear.2. 2b. Listen again.
