The design of hydraulic system of 100T Four-column Hydraulic Press Abstract: This article introduced the design of the hydraulic system of 100T Four-column Hydraulic Press. At first the article introduced the hydraulic technology in short. In order to meet the development of the hydraulic pressure system, namely, its little weight, small volume, high efficiency, easy structure, convenient operation maintenance.On the base of analysis of the hydraulic system of machine tool, the author concluded the advantage and the shortcoming of the hydraulic technology, and then lodged the project to design. The author did some analysis of the hydraulic system on the requestion of the design. And decided the main parameter of the system. When designing the hydraulic, the author selected many new type of hydraulic component. The author selected the viable vane type pump with limitingpressure as the equipment of energy resource. The equipment is the best device table feed. The design of layout is being done after hydraulic installation of the overall complete oil valve and the layout of supplementary installation and all valve kind of elements is being done, in hydraulic installation each partial elements arrange to want even, assemble and adjust easily , repair and use and want proper notice. Design to adopt concentration type arrange will the oil source of hydraulic system, control and regulating unit sets up besides main computer, form a hydraulic pump station, assembly maintenance is facilitated , on foundation, have eliminated oil and the vibration of power source to warm up the influence for main computer.
