6、全球大气组成所导致的气候改变。近年来，随着工业化和全球化进程的不断加快，气候变化对全球各地区的自然生态和社会经济系统产生了多方面的影响，严重影响了国民经济及社会的可持续发展和社会进步。可见，全球气候变化问题，不仅是科学问题、环境问题，而且是能源问题、经济问题和政治问题。由于发达国家和发展中国家处于不同的经济发展阶段，应对气候变化采取的措施也存在巨大差异。对于广大发展中国家来说，发展经济、消除贫困是压倒一切的首要任务，因此，坚持走可持续发展道路是应对全球气候变化的关键。当前，亚欧国家均面临复苏经济、实现可持续增长的任务，双方加强跨地区合作显得尤为重要。亚洲和欧洲国家均主张世界的多极化，有实现政治
