Unlik

2、e other theory-oriented courses, this course focus on cultivating the skills to undertake the specific works in relate to international trade. This course aims to realize this objective and deals with the salient aspects of the subjects including transportation, documentation, contracts of sale/frei

13、he risks involving with the different payment instruments and the best practice considerations. （二）课程的重点、难点及解决办法The key points of this course include understanding and applications of the major trade terms, esp. FOB and CIF, identification of the different places of delivery under different trade te

14、rms; the relationship between quality, quantity and the commodity price. The difficult points in this course are as follows: CIF plus W/W insurance clause, which require the fundamental principles of property insurance; the second one is the conversion of major trade terms, which requires multiple c

15、onsiderations and calculations. To make all these knowledge points understood easier, the method is to elaborate trade terms with graphs, more practice and in-class discussions together with more cases studies.三、实验实践环节及基本要求 None四、本课程与其它课程的联系与分工The prerequisite courses: noneThe course introduces the
