If there is any problem, stop any a

It is kind of dangerous operation to compress air, so the pressure in the air compressor must be confirmed to release out before repairing or maintaining the machine.Any installa

13、rds requirement in relative local law, such as safeguards for eyes and face, breathing equipments, safeguards for arms and legs, safeguard cloth, safeguard board, anti-electricity equipments and anti-noise equipments etc.1.2、Hoisting and Mounting 1、The hoist must fit the air compressor and conform t

14、o the local rules for safety. 2、Before hoisting the compressor, please carefully check whether the hoist shelf and stationary rings are broken or not and bolts and nuts are unfastened or not.3、Please take away or fix the unfastened parts and fix door, Tow-bar and other turning parts.4、Use cords to t

15、ie, tow and hold the compressor to avoid the units shake or rotation as being hoisted.5、Dont attempt to hoist the machine when it is strong wind.6、The hoist just needs a suitable height rather than too high.7、The hoisting acceleration and deceleration must be under the safety range.8、The staff is no

16、t allowed to leave as hoisting.9、Taking a rest or even a short stay at the hoisting area is forbidden. 10、The ground chose to place the unit must bear its the weight.1.3、Traction and Parking1、Traction Preparation A、Check up tow-bar and tow-ring of the compressor and the tow trucks connector situatio

17、n.B、Make sure that the connectors and compressor are fixed well.C、Make sure the two connectors are locked well.D、Make the tire pressure and check up the wheel axle, fixed bolt and wheel are fixed well.E、Make sure all doors and toolboxes are locked well.F、Make sure there is no person in the compresso

18、r.G、When meeting declivities, operator should tighten the brake first.2、Traction A、Dont tow the machine when the declivity angle is more than 15o.B、Obey local traffic rules.C、No matter moving forward or backward, each veer angle is not allowed to exceed 30o and wildly towing the compressor is forbid

20、、Choose right wind direction for exhausting and releasing heat the diesel engine produced, in order to avoid them being suck into the machine, which will causes exhausting capacity of the air compressor declined, overheat and diesel engine power fell.D、Parking location should be with a good airy con

21、dition and clean. Sufficient space is necessary for heat release and maintenance operation.E、The compressor should be parked at the some place shade and cool in summer against sunshine,F、Brake must be set.G、Fasten wood blocks under the wheels to prevent the compressor from moving or slippage.H、When

22、it is parked on the highway, please place a warning indicator or light (nighttime) to warns others.4、Pressure Danger A、Open safety valve once at least every week to make sure that there is no jam, twist or failure happened. B、The maximum pressure Pneumatic tool can afford must be higher than compres

23、sors exhaust pressure. C、Pipelines, valves and equipments should meet the working pressures need. D、Forbidden to add any pressure onto the spherical valve at the compressing air exit. E、When assembling or disassembling pipes, please close the intake valve. When dissembling pipes, make sure all press

24、ure in them has been released out. When air is pushed into the pipelines, the other end must be jammed or fixed well. F、Dont fuel up unless the compressor is not working and all pressure has been released out. G、no matter opening pipelines, equipments, plugs, tie-ins, fuel filters or other relative

25、pressure accessories must wait until the pressure is released out. H、Dont attempt to play the compressed air. I、When adding water into water tank, you should wait the tank to be cool, and then carefully screw off the top cover of the tank after making sure the refrigerant is not boiling.5、Fire Disas

26、ter and Explosion A、Please connect both compressor and tanker with the earth unless fueling up at maintenance station or exclusive fuel station.B、Please immediately work out the situation involving lubricant or other tinders spilling. C、Stopping the machine. Checking or filling lubricant or antifree

27、ze after the machine gets cool and should be isolated from fire.D、No liquid accumulation including refrigerant happened no matter outside or inside the air compressor. Please use liquid cleaner to clean the cover or disassemble it for cleaning when it is necessary. The broken cover should be replace

28、d by a new one. Dont use the ignitable liquid cleaner.E、Any maintenance and cleaning must wait until the power is off.F、Maintain all electrical wires, electrical joints and force joints are good and clean. Any broken part should be replaced.G、Any maintenance or cleaning must wait until the rechargea

29、ble battery is off.H、Iron tools or other electrical conductors can lead to a short circuit. It made an electrical arc between positive pole of the battery and the earth which can cause a fire disaster.I、Dont attempt to joint or repair the broken gasoline tanks or fuel pipes, please change them immed

30、iately. If any leak happened, please dont start the compressor. J、Please remove all deadening materials before jointing or repairing to avoid heat damage.K、Please prepare relative fire extinguishers before maintenance and operation.L、Please clean up oil dishcloth, trash and other ignitable materials

M、Keep airy to avoid accumulation of ignitable steam.N、When operating the compressor in wood area, please dont place the machine under trees to avoid fire disaster.O、Some kinds of anti-freeze consist of carbinol, which requires airy and fire isolation as using it. Dont use the compress

32、or under the environment with a higher temperature than 66°C. The specific gravity of antifreeze steam is heavier than the air. Dont place the compressor under the environment without the condition of air ventilation. Antifreeze or container should be placed to a fade and cool area to avoid dir

33、ect sunshine. P、All ignitable liquids should keep far away from the operating area. Relative staff should have a clear mind on the position, types and manual. Often check the situation of fire fighting system. 6、movable partsA、Hands, arms, bodies and cloth are not allowed to touch the fan and other

34、running parts.B、Dont function the compressor after the fan shield or others are taken off.C、When operators are working under a high-temperature situation or beside running parts , please wear tight cloth and package long hair.D、The door of the compressor should close well if there is no maintenance.

35、 E、No person in the machine before it is to work.F、The operation options below are just allowed to do when the machine is out of power: fueling up, adding coolant, feeding lubricant and changing battery or aether container etc.G、Dont attempt to repair the machine until the battery is out of connecti

36、on and should be marked.H、Keep the parking area around controlling parts and the machine clean and dry to avoid operators skidding or tumbling accident.7、High-temperature Surface and AnglesA、Dont touch hot oil, coolant, high-temperature surface and sharp angles.B、Any part of body mustnt directly fac

37、e the exhaust mouth of the compressor and diesel.C、Persons who operate or maintain the compressor must wear protective objects, such as glove, exclusive cloth and headpiece etc.D、Need to prepare an medical emergency box. If operators get injured, they should be sent to hospital immediately, even for

38、 a small wound.8、Toxicant and Irritant Object.A、Dont use air in the compressor for breathing.B、Only the compressor can be operated in open or airy locationC、Installing compressor should choose the inhaling direction, in order to prevent the machine from inhaling toxicant and irritant object.D、If the

39、 unit works in a room, the exhaust mouth should be placed outside the room. Parking should consider the wind direction to prevent operators and compressor from breathing into exhaust.E、Dont make the skin touch the fuel, lubricant and antifreeze and eat them. If skin touches them, please clean up by

40、soap; if eat them with mistakes, please immediately see the doctor.F、When maintaining the rechargeable batteries, operators should wear acid-proof rubber apron and veil. If the electrolyte spill on skin or cloth, please clean up with sufficient water.G、When checking up storage batteries or filling a

41、ntifreeze into the air pipeline antifreeze system, operators should wear protective veil and apron. When starting the compressor, maintain the valve opened and pipeline mouth and aether accessory device spout is forbidden to face persons.H、If aether or antifreeze spatters into eyes, please clean up

42、with sufficient water and see the doctor immediately.I、Dont place the aether or antifreeze in office.J、The antifreeze in air pipeline antifreeze system has carbinol which is a kind of poison, so eyes and skin should avoid touching it, even breathing its volatile gas. If someone breaths into the carb

43、inol, lay him down, cover his eyes and ask the doctor for help immediately. K、Aether is kind of poison which can cause death. Avoid touching it by skin, eyes or swallow it. 9、Electric ShockA、The unit, tools and operators should be away from the electric wires by 3 meters at least.B、Body, hand tools

44、and other conductive substance should be away from the naked electric wire ends. Maintain and adjust these parts, operators should stand at insulated object and do not make shoes wet.C、Maintenance place should be airy, clean and dry.D、Please keep away from the compressor if there is lightning strike

45、.10、Person Warning A、The unit door should be closed well. Before running the compressor, it must be sure that there is no person in the compressor. If the compressor is big enough and it is necessary to maintain it, outside persons should be told that there is someone in the compressor.11、Bridge Sta

46、rt-upA、Before using the bridge start-up method, please read through the attention options in some chapters of this manual. The bridge start-up is kind of emergency method to function the compressor when the battery is low power.B、The battery contains hydrogen which can cause fire, so flame, spark or

47、 other fir source is not allowed to exist around the compressor.C、The electrolyte in the battery has strong causticity and toxicity, so eyes, skin and fiber surface should keep distance away from it to avoid physical damage or property loss. Persons who operate bridge start-up should wear acid-proof

48、 apron and veil.D、Take off the storage battery cover and meanwhile dont make dust or other impurities dropped into the battery.E、If the electrolyte is insufficient, please fill it enough into the battery.F、Choose trucks with the same type battery to supply power. The supplied pressure should be same

49、 as before and the capability should be sufficient. Dont choose dynamo, electric welding machine or other DC suppliers to supply power.G、The cables for bridge start-up should be clean and rate current should be higher starting current.H、Keep electric wire joints, wire clips away from other iron part

50、s, or the touch will cause fire disaster.I、Naturally, on battery the positive pole has the signal “+” and “POS” and the negative pole is “-” and “NEG”J、Start-up the machine by normal rules, but dont keep on starting up in a long time.K、After the diesel engine on the compressor warmed up and runs sta

51、bly under a negative speed, please follow the steps below to dissemble cables: Disconnect the cable end with negative pole from the set and remove the other end from the negative pole of the rechargeable battery of the power supplier-truck; disconnect the cable end with positive pole from the set an

52、d remove the other end from the positive pole of the rechargeable battery of the power supplier-the truck. Last step is to carefully take cables away and fold the ventilating cover of the battery. Chapter System Working Principle and Components、The Working Principle for Oil Injected Screw Air Compre

53、ssor1、Inhaling Process The Screw Air Compressor adopts a single inhaling throttle (ON&OFF) to control inhaling air function. When teeth ditch between the negative and positive rotors turned to arrive at the mouth of the inhaling air of the compressor, the maximum space occurs. At that time, air

54、can flow freely through the space between rotors and inhaling mouth. When all the air has been exhausted out, the teeth ditch reaches to vacuum situation. When it turns toward the inhaling mouth, all the air outside will be inhaled into the space and flows into teeth ditch along the axis direction. When the air is fully filled into the teeth ditch, the rotors inhaling side turns away from the inhaling mouth and the inhaled air is sealed. This is the inhaling process. 2
