3、at KUKA College, always execute the program in “T1” mode first and then in “T2” mode at reduced velocity. All persons must be outside the cell!If, as part of the test procedure, it is necessary to check the reactions of the robot system to the application program by means of a visual inspection, thi

4、s should be carried out with all persons outside the area delimited by safeguards. If it is necessary to test programs with personnel inside the safeguarded area, then the following applies.The testing must be carried out first at reduced velocity. The stipulations in 8.3 (Programming) apply, unless

5、 motion control requires only jog keys or an enabling switch.DIN EN 775 - 8.5: TestingExceptional operating mode “T2” for testing robot programs During program execution at KUKA College in “T2” mode, no persons are permitted in the cell and the gate to the cell must remain closed.TTDIN EN 775 - 8.5:

6、 TestingIf it is necessary to test the robot motion at full working velocity, the following requirements must be met:Cancellation of the reduced velocity using facilities that require a conscious action only on the part of the programmer (e.g. use of a keyswitch).An enabling switch or a device provi

8、ion range of the robot is only permitted with the robot operated in “T1” mode (at reduced velocity) using a KCP.All persons situated in the environment of the robot (at its own or adjacent cells) must be informed in good time that the robot is about to move.On leaving the training cell, press the EM
