1、船舶泵设备维护须知Ship pumping equipment maintenance Instruction1.螺杆泵Screw pump泵与原动机联接应采用弹性联轴器，安装后，无卡紧现象，其不同轴度不大于0.10mm。Flexible coupling should be used in the connection between pump and prime mover, there is no chucking after the installation, and the disalignment should not greater than 0.10 mm.泵与动力机械安装必须

2、安装在有足够强度的机座上，以防影响同轴度损坏泵的主要另 件，影响泵的正常运转。Pump and power generating machine must be installed on machine base which has enough strength to prevent coaxiality was affected and that caused damage of the pump main accessories, also to prevent that affect the operation of pump.泵启动前后，一般不须调节安全阀，因出厂试验时已调好，如确需

3、调整起跳压力，应根据需要适量调整，调节时只需旋松或拧紧，主伐调节杆和调节伐上的调节螺丝即可。Before/after pump start-up, generally it is not necessary to adjust the safety valves, because it wasalready adjusted in factory, if its necessary to adjust the opening pressure, adjust it as requi: and only need to unscrew or tighten the adjusting screw

4、 on main valve adjusterbar and adjusting valve when adjusting.泵的吸口前必须装有过滤器，滤网的规格应在30目左右，滤网的总流通面积应是泵 吸口的3-4倍。A filter must be installed in the front of pump suction, the filter gauze specifications should be about 30 meshes, and the circulation area should be 3-4 times of the pump suction area.泵的连接的管

5、道、闸伐等与泵的进出口尺寸相符。Pump connecting pipe, gate valve, etc. should match the inlet and outlet size of the pump.泵启动时应注意泵的进、出口压力是否正常。Pay attention to the vacuum of the pump when starting the pump, if there is no vacuum, excessive vacuum degree, no inhalation phenomenon we should stop the pump and check it

6、immediately, and the empty pump start-up time is no more than one minute.泵启动后应经常注意泵的工作状态，如发生异常的声音、过热、冒烟等现象，应立即 停泵检查。Often note the pump working condition after pump start-up, if there is abnormal sound, overheating, smoke phenomenon etc., stop the pump and check it immediately.泵在用作扫舱时，空泵运转不超过3分钟，如需超

7、过规定扫舱时间，可停机片刻再重 新开机。Empty pump operation time should not more than 3 minutes when the pump as a stripping pump.If the needed sweeping time exceed the prescribed time, we can stop it for a moment and restarting it.齿轮箱油位应在规定范围内，润滑油一般采用150号中负荷工业齿轮油，泵在正常工 作时齿轮箱的油温不大于60，长时间连续运转齿轮箱油温不大于70C。轴承润滑 油采用锂基润滑脂，每

8、班加油一次。Gear box oil level should be within the prescribed scope, lubricant generally use No.150 middle load industrial gear oil, gearbox oil temperature should not greater than 60 C when the pump in normal operation, long time continuous running gear box oil temperature should not more than 70 C. 9、ring oil should use lithium base grease, and do refueling once per shift.周期性维护(约4000小时)，结合年检进行拆检。该泵结构简单，拆、装时应小心， 仔细，防止碰坏机件，修理时应检查螺杆的轴间间隙，螺杆与泵体的间隙，齿轮间隙， 轴承磨损程度，轴机械密封装置等，这些技术数据，均应符合修理后的规范要求。Periodic maintenance (about 4000 hours), overhaul it according to annual survey. 13、泄、噪声、温压变化，有异常及时 停泵、检查、修理。Pay attention to the pump operation conditions and parameters change, vibration, leakage, noise, change of temperature & pressure in working time, stop the pump, check and repair it when it is abnormal.周期性维护（约4000小时）结合循环检验进行拆检，因该泵结构简单，在拆装时应 仔细、小心，以防碰撞坏部件，在修理中要注意各部件的测量记录，如叶轮与

14、泵体的 间隙，填料箱压盖与轴有一定的轴向间隙，阻漏环与叶轮的间隙，轴承的磨损情况， 轴机械密封装置等情况，均在修理后的数据应符合规范要求。Periodic maintenance should be carried out with circular survey. 16、ith the requirements after repair.齿轮泵 Gear pump启动前必须先开启进、出管路上的截止阀。Open the globe valves on the inlet and outlet pipes first before starting.启动前应确保泵内充满油液。齿轮泵虽具有干吸能力，但应尽可能避免有干吸现象， 否则会加速回转件的磨损，致使间隙增大，破坏泵的正常运转。特别是对那些新安装 或经检修后的泵更应如此。Before starting the pump should be filled with oil. 21、omenon, the oil temperature should be proper, shouldnt ber toroloiigh泵的转数应维持在额定范围内，不宜超速运行。Pump RPM should be in the rated range, it is inadvisable for speeding operation.经常检查轴封装置的工作情况。应注意检查填料轴封的发热和漏泄情况，一般以手搭 在填料箱体上不感到烫手为宜。若采用的是机械轴封装置，为了保证轴封能长期良好 地工作，允许有少量的油液通过密封面，起到密封、润滑和冷却作用。Frequently check shaft

If it use mechanical shaft seal device, in order to ensure the shaft seal can work good in long-term, it is

25、ons.新安装或停用较长时间的泵，在启动前必须用轻柴油(或煤油)清洗各密封部分的防 锈油脂。The antirust grease on sealing parts of new installations or the pump long-term stoped, must be cleaned with diesel oil (or kerosene) before starting.检查泵各部件的技术状况：对于刚检修过的泵，应用人力盘车转动12个往复行程， 以查明有无东西遗留在缸内或其它妨碍运转的外物。Check the technical status of pump parts: t

26、he pump just has overhauled, should be turned 1-2 reciprocating trip by human power jacking gear, to find out whether things or other objects hindered running are left in in cylinder.检查油箱中的油位是否在正常位置。需人工加油的摩擦部位，应用油壶进行人工加油。 Check whether the oil level is in the normal position. The friction positions

27、needed to oil artificially, should be oiled with oilcan.检查填料箱，填料箱压盖应不歪斜，也不宜压得太紧。如换过新填料，压盖应处于松 动态，待泵起动后再逐渐对称拧紧压盖螺帽(或螺栓)，填料的压紧程度要适中。泵 在运转中允许有少量液体泄漏，以起润滑和冷却作用。Check the stuffing box, stuffing box gland should not be skewed, also not too tight. If new packing has been changed, the gland should be loose,

28、 gradually symmetric tightened gland nut (or bolts) after the pump started, packing compaction degree should be moderate. It is allowed to leak a little liquid in the pump operation to paly the role in lubrication and cooling.新安装或经检修过的泵应检查电动机的接线是否正确，开关和绝缘情况是否良好。For new installations or the pump has

29、been overhauled, check whether the wiring of motor is correct, switches and insulation are in good condition or not.开足排出截止阀和吸入截止阀。尤其是要确保排出截止阀的开启，以避免贸然启动后 若是安全阀失灵时，造成损伤泵体部件的事故，操作时应特别注意。Pay special attention to the following matters in operaton. Full open the outlet globe valve and inlet globe valves,

30、 especially keep the outlet globe open, in order to avoid the accidents of pump parts damaged if relief valve was failure after starting rashly.接通电源启动泵。启动后如泵运转正常，参数也符合要求，则启动工作即告完成。Turn the switch on and start pump. If the pump works are in good conditions and parameters are according with the requirement after starting, well then the start work is completed.为了检查往复泵的密封性能，可在关闭吸入截止阀的情况下启动泵，看其所能形成的 封闭吸入真空度有多大。如果此时的真空度不高，则表明该泵的密封有问题
