2、上一级党组织审核把关。(二)执行程序。经批准预公开的内容由党务工作责任人再次审核后,根据批准的内容、形式、范围和时限进行公开。在决定公开全局性重大事项或与党员群众利益密切相关的重要事项前,应先公开初步方案,在充分听取群众意见,需要进行调整的,党务公开领导小组按程序重新研究调整,然后正式公开。(三)意见反馈程序。公开期间,由党务工作责任人负责收集、整理党员群众通过各种渠道反映的意见和建议,并将意见、建议反馈给党务公开领导小组进行研究落实,并说明情况。(四)再公开程序。整理、修改后的公开事项,需经党务公开领导小组审核确认后,方可进行再公开。21.
