1、第 页20222022年第二学期小学一年级健康教育工作计划 教育要树立“健康第一”的思想。新形势下如何针对少年儿童成长的特点,加强同学的体育、卫生健康教育,培育同学强壮的体格、较强的活动技能、健康的生理和心理、勇猛坚韧的毅力、艰苦奋斗和团结合作的精神,使他们更加适应现代社会的需要,是学校阶段的体育和健康教育迫切需要解决的新课题、新任务。因而本着科学、全面、可比、可行性原则,制定本计划。 一、指导思想 健康教育是学校系统教育的重要组成部分,培育同学的各种有益于自身、社会和全民族健康的行为和习惯,提高卫生科学知识水平,从而达到预防和减削儿童少年某些常见病和多发病,尽可能避开意外伤亡事故,加强体质,

2、促进身心发育,为一生的健康奠定基础, 二、健康教育的任务: 1、 提高同学卫生知识水平; 2、 降低学校常见病的发病率; 3、 提高生长发育水平; 4、 促进儿童少年心理健康进展、预防心理卫生问题; 5、 改善同学对待个人公共卫生的立场; 6、 培育同学的自我保健技能。 三、健康教育的目的: 1、健康教育是以传授健康知识,培育卫生行为,改善环境为核心内容的教育,也是贯彻教育方针,实施九年义务教育教学计划的一个组成部分。 2、健康教育是培育同学德、智、体全面进展的重要措施之一,使受教育者具有自我保健的意识和技能。 3、一班级同学通过上述内容的学习: 1培育同学在饮食、学习、生活等方面的卫生习惯。

3、 2懂得均衡的营养,对生长发育的影响和帮助。 3初步了解感冒、眼结膜炎、肠道寄生虫病等的传播途径及防治方法。 4、了解课外活动、体育熬炼对身体健康的作用,并且知道运动前、中、后的安全考前须知及保健常识。 四、健康教育的内容: 1、通过课堂内外的教育,向同学传授卫生科学知识,培育同学生活自理技能、个人清洁习惯,使他们自幼养成讲卫生、爱清洁、维护环境的良好品德。 2、 培育同学有规律的生活作息制度,养成早睡早起、定时定量进食,既不偏食、挑食、也不过量进食。懂得环境污染对人体的危害,自觉地爱护环境,并懂得预防接种的好处,自觉接受预防接种 五、教学措施: 1、指导同学培育爱清洁、讲卫生,不偏食、挑食、

4、不过多吃零食的好习惯。 2、引导同学用自己学到的知识为钥匙,从自己身边的小事上,从日常生活中去发觉不利健康的问题和隐患,加以克服和解决。 3、启发同学在学好书本知识的基础上,透过已知,发挥联想,积极探究未知世界,特别是探究微生物世界神秘的热忱。 Education should foster the idea of health first. 8、ss, to promote the physical and mental development, and to lay the foundation for a lifetime of health Second, health education tasks: 1, to improve students health knowledge; 2, to reduce the incidence of school common diseases; 3, to improve the level of growth and development; 4, to promote the d

9、evelopment of children and adolescents mental health, prevention of mental health problems; 5, to improve students treat the personal attitude of the public health; 6 students of self-care ability. Third, the purpose of health education: 1, the health education in teaching health knowledge, to train

10、 health behavior, improve the environment for the education of the core content, but also to implement the education policy, the implementation of a part of the nine-year compulsory education plan. Health education to develop students moral, intellectual, and physical development of one of the impor

11、tant measures, the educated have the awareness and ability of self-care. 3, first-year students through the learning: (1) students in the diet, learning, life, health habits. (2) had knowledge of balanced nutrition, growth and development, and help. (3) a preliminary understanding of the common cold

12、, conjunctivitis, intestinal parasites, such as the route of transmission and prevention methods. 4, for e*tra-curricular activities, physical e*ercise on the role of health and knows the sport before, during and after the safety precautions and health awareness.
