水轮发电机制动器安装使用说明书Hydrobrakesinstallationmanual制动器安装使用说明构造说明0.7Mpa13Mpa。具体参数见图纸。制功块为无石棉金属板,固定在制动板上。停机检修时,当发电25%的时候,在气压的作用下,制动器开头制动,保120s20Mpa30制动器设有集尘装置,便于摩擦制动后灰尘的有效处理。2OMRON程开关型号为WLCA2-2N,能够准时反映出制动器的制动状况,另一WLD2,能够准时反映出制功器的复位状况。连接,上部的空腔用于制动器复位。下部的空腔为油腔,与油气混合压管路连接,用于制动器制动及顶起,可以起到千斤顶的作用。双活接,上部的空腔用于制动复位,中部的空腔用于制动器制动。下部的制动器制动时,制动进气管路通气压,将活塞顶起,活塞带动制动块顶起,起到制动的作用。制动完成后,制动进气管路停顿供气,复位进气管路通气压,活塞复位。制动器作千斤顶使用时,油压管路通油压,将活塞顶起,活塞带动制动块顶起,起到千斤顶的作用。为防止消灭意外,此时可将气缸通油压,再将螺母旋回初始位置后,油压管路停顿供油,气压复位管路缓慢供气,保证活塞缓慢落回初始位置。工地现场安装步骤:依据实际状况确定制动器的行程。位尺寸。将行程开关的电路连接完整。底板上的M27*2M27*2双活塞制动器的管路连接:油压顶起管路与制动器底板上的M27*2螺纹孔连接。气压制动、复位管路与制动器缸体外圆侧壁的2-M27*2最终,连接吸尘管路。全部管路连接完毕后,做气压及油压试验。确保无渗漏后,将此制动器安装到点击内部。M6胶。制动器更换损耗零部件时,解体过程:先将制动器的灰挡撤除,再将两侧的夹板撤除,将制动块卸下。留意,可于此时更换制动板。因制动块与制动板为过盈协作,制动块安装不上,可将两侧过盈余量打磨掉即可。将活塞顶起后用吊车吊住,这样便于衬套的撤除。用吊车吊出来,用于干净处,将衬套从活塞上取下,此时可以更换密封圈。栓需涂螺纹紧固胶。安装修理留意事项:架的固定螺栓,制动器螺母上的手柄,灰挡的固定螺栓,行程开关装置的全部螺栓,相关油、气管路的连接件,如有松动现象,需对松动的连接件重紧固。其中,灰挡的固定螺栓重紧固时,需用螺纹紧固胶紧固,防止灰挡松动。均匀。如做简洁工具,压力试验时,制动器的受力点应在制动器活塞的中心位置,防止因受力不均,导致制动板变形,制动块碎裂。暴晒,磕碰等状况的发生,以免造成产品的损毁。机组进展修理时,需检查制动器全部的连接件,如有松动现象,需重进展紧固,保证连接部位的严密协作。动器内部,防止制动器活塞及缸体被划伤。InstallationandOperationInstructionoftheBrakesStructureDescription:Thebrakeisjackedupbygaspressureandoilpressure,andisresetbyairpressure.RatedjackingupandresettingpressureisO.7MPar,andratedjacking-upoilpressureis13MPa.Pleaserefertodrawingformoreparameters.Thebrakepad,doesn”tcontainasbestosandmetalcomponent,isfixedonstoppingplate.Thebrakesisstatingbrakebyairpressurewhenthegeneratorspeedisreducedto25%duringgeneratorshuttingdownformaintenance,thebrakeswillbeputintoactionandensurethatthegeneratorwillstopwithin120seconds.Then,thebrakeisresetbyairpressure.Whenthebrakeactsasajackofgeneratorrotorandrotatingpartsofthehydroturbine,themaximumoilpressureusedforjacking-upis20MPa,anddurationtimeis30minutes.Thereisdust-collectingdeviceforabsorbingdustgeneratedbyfrictionduringbraking.EachbrakeisequippedwithtwoOMRONlimitswitches.ThetypeofoneisWLCA2-2Nwhichcanreflectthebrakingcondition,andWLD2foranotherwhichcanreflecttheresettingcondition.Thesingle-pistonbrakesiscomposedbytwocavities.Theuppercavitywhichisconnectedwithgaspipeiscalledgaspressurecavity,theuppercavityisusedforresettingthebrake.Thelowercavitywhichisconnectedwithgasandoilpipeisusedforbrakingorjacking-upthebrakeandalsohasthefunctionofjack.Thedual-pistonbrakesiscomposedofthreecavities.Theupperandmiddlecavitywhichareconnectedwithgaspipeiscalledgaspressurecavity,theuppercavityisusedforresettingthebrake.Themiddlecavityisusedforbraking.Thelowercavity,calledoilcavity,whichisconnectedwithoilpipeisusedforjacking-upthebrakeandalsohasthefunctionofjack.OperationInstruction:Whenthebrakesisbraked,gaspipeisconnectedwithpressuregastojackupthetoppiston,andthepistondrivethebrakepadstojackupbrakes.Afterbraking,pressuregasisstoppedgtooffer,andresettinggaspipeisconnectedwithpressuregastoresetthepiston.Whenthebrakesactsasajack,pressureoilisfedintooilpipetojackupthepistonwhichdrivesthebrakepadstocompletebrakingaction.Inordertopreventfromaccidents,turnthenutmountedonouterbodyoftheaircylindertowardsbottomsideofthebrakeplate.Aftercompletingjackingfunction,turnthenutbacktoinitialposition,thenstopofferingoilandfeedinggastogaspipeslowlytoensurethepistonreturntoinitialpositionslowly.InstallationStepsatthesite:Determinethestrokeofthebrakeaccordingtotheactualsituation.Regulatepositionofthepresserwhichiscontactedwithlimitswitchtoensurethelimitdimensionofthelimitswitch.Connectthecircuitoflimitswitchcompletely. Pipeconnectionsofsingle-pistonbrake:Connectgaspipeandjacking-upoilpipewithM27X2screwholeinbottomplateofthebrake.ConnectresettinggaspipewithM27X2screwholeintheoutercylinderbodyofthebrake. Pipeconnectionofdual-pistonbrakes:Connectjacking-upoilpipewithM27X2screwholeinbottomplateofthebrakes.Connectgaspipesusedforbrakingandresettingwith2-M27X2screwholeintheoutercylinderbodyofthebrake.Regulatethevalveofthedustcollectingdevice,andlockitwithbutterflynutafterfinishregulating.Atlast,connectitwithdustabsorptionpipeline.Carryoutgaspressuretestafterfinishingconnectingallthepipelines.Installthebrakesintothegeneratorafterconfirmingthatthereisnoleakage.Afterinstallingbrake,checkallconnectionsfortightness,tighteningworkshouldbedoneincaseoflooseness.ScrewadhesiveshouldbeappliedforM6boltsusedforgearwhenre-tightening.Whenreplacingcommutableparts,disassemblingworkshouldbeasfollow:Firstly,dismantledustdamperofthebrake,secondlydismantleclampplate,atlastdismantlethebrakepad.Note:brakeplatecanbedisplacedatthistime.Becauseofinterferencefitbetweenbrakepadandbrakeplate,ifthebrakepadcannotbeassembled,polishoftheinterferencepartonbothsideofbrakepad.Dismantlethebrakeplateafterdismantling4boltswhichconnectthebrakepartwiththepiston.Jackupthepistonbygaspressure.Andthenliftupthepistonwithacraneinfavorofdismountingofthebushing.Dismantlecompressionringandcircularkeywhichareusedtofixthebushing,thenliftbushingandpistonoutfromcylinderbody,andplaceitinacleanplace.Dismantlepushingfromthepiston.Replacingsealingringcanbecarriedoutatthistime.Afterreplacingsealingring,reinstallthebrakesasthesameprocessmentionedabove.Screwadhesiveshouldbeappliedtothethreadusedforfixingdustdamperduringre-tightening.Installationandmaintenancecautions:Before brakes installation, check all connections for fastening,connectingpiecesallbolts,relatedoil,gaslineincludesbrakesmountingboltsandlowertherack,handlebrakesnut,graygearmountingbolts,thetripswitchdeviceifloose,needtore-tightenlooseconnections.Amongthem,thegrayblockwhenre-tightenthefixingbolts,gluefasteningscrewfasteningrequiredtopreventdustfromloosing.Whencarryingoutpressuretest,applyreasonabletoolsinordertoimposeuniformforceonthebrakesandstopthebrakesbrokencausedbyun-uniformforce,thestresspointshouldbeatthecenterofthebrakepiston.Pleaseavoidcashingorbumpingduringinstallationofthebrakes.Thebrakepadandsealingringarewearingpartswhichshallbereplacedtimely.Thebrakepadandsealingringshallbekeptinadryandventilatingenvironmenttopreventoccurrenceofhumidity,sunexposure,cashingorbumpingandsoontoavoiddamagetotheproduct.Duringmaintenance,checkalltheconnectionsofthebrakes,ifloosenessoccurred,re-tighteningworkshouldbecarryout.Note:violentoperationshouldbeforbidden;foreignmatteranddustisnotpermittedtofallintotheinnerpartofthebrakesinordertopreventthepistonandcylinderbodyofthebrakesformscratching.水轮发电机制动器维护留意事项检修时,须对制动器做如下检查维护:制动器安装前,检查全部连接件的紧固状况,包括制动器与下机架的固定螺栓,制动器螺母上的手柄,灰挡的固定螺栓,行程开关装置的全部螺栓,相关油、气管路的连接件,如有松动现象,需对松动的连接件重紧固。其中,灰挡的固定螺栓重紧固时,需用螺纹紧固胶紧固,防止灰挡松动。制动器做压力试验时,应用合理的压力工具,使制动块部位受力均匀。如做简洁工具,压力试验时,制动器的受力点应在制动器活塞的中心位置,防止受力不均,导致制动板变形,制动块碎裂。机组进展修理时,需检查制动器全部连接件,如有松动现象,需重进展紧固,保证连接部位的严密协作。如更换制动器内橡胶圈、导向带、制动块等损耗性零部件,重拆装过程需保证制动器内部清洁,不允许有灰尘、杂物进入缸体,以免划伤制动器而产生泄压漏油现象。重组装完成后,〔1、2〕参与水轮发电机制动器安装说明及安装图纸等技术文件。MAINTENANCEPRECAUTIONSOFTHEBRAKESUSEDFORHYDROGENERATORBrakesisimportantauxiliaryequipmentforhydrogenerator,Inordertoguaranteethegeneratoroperatesafety,ourcompanysumupcommonproblemexperiencedduringinstallationandmaintenanceasfollows:Beforebrakesinstallation,checkallconnectionsforfastening,connectingpiecesallbolts,relatedoil,gaslineincludesbrakesmountingboltsandlowertherack,handlebrakesnutgraygearmountingbolts,thetripswitchdeviceifloose,needtore-tightenlooseconnections.Amongthem,thegrayblock when re-tighten the fixing bolts, glue fastening screw fasteningrequiredtopreventdustdamperfromloosing.Whencarryingoutpressuretest,applyreasonabletoolsinorderto
