本科生毕业设计(论文)PAGEPAGEIII摘要这次毕业设计是针对西河大桥的四车道方案进行初步设计,结合桥址处的地质条件、设计基本要求与主要技术标准,拟定了等截面预应力混凝土简支变连续梁桥、连续T梁桥、简支板桥方案,经过桥型方案比选,最终选定等截面预应力混凝土简支变连续梁桥作为推荐方案,并对m等截面预应力混凝土简支变连续梁桥方案进行了详细设计。通过查阅资料和参考相关成桥经验数据拟定主梁结构尺寸,利用桥梁博士V3.0对主梁结构进行一次成桥和施工成桥内力分析,根据分析结果进行估束,并经过配束、调束确定预应力钢束的数量与布置形式。根据配筋结果对主梁结构进行应力、内力计算组合和强度、抗裂验算,根据结果表明主梁结构满足设计要求。在设计过程中,按照设计要求同时进行工程图绘制。关键词:预应力混凝土简支变连续梁桥结构设计AbstractThisgraduationdesignoffour-laneoftheWestRiverBridgeispresentedinthispaper.Accordingtogeologicalconditionsinthebridgesite,basicrequirementsofdesigningandprincipaltechnicalstandards,threebridgeprojectshavebeendrawnup.ThefirstprogramistheSectionofprestressedconcretesimply-supportedintocontinuousgirderbridge.ThesecondprogramistheContinuousTbeambridge.ThethirdprogramisSimplysupportedslabbridge.Ultimately,theSectionofprestressedconcretesimply-supportedintocontinuousgirderbridgeisdeterminedastherecommendedproject,andadetaileddesigniscarriedoutontheprojectnamedmthevariableconstantsectionprestressedconcretecontinuousbeambridge.Structuredimensionsofmaingirderisdrewupbyresourcingandreferringtothecorrelatedexperiencedata,andtheinternalforceanalysisofonetimeformingbridgeandconstructionformingbridgeofmaingirderiscarriedonbyDoctorBridgeV3.0.Quantityofprestresswireisestimatedaccordingtotheanalysisresults,amountandlayouttypesarefixedthroughdistributingandadjustingprestresswire.Calculationofstressandinternalforceandcheckingofstrengthandcrack-resistancearebasedonthedistributionresults,designingandcomputingofpiersarebasedontheconstructionwaterlevel,andtheresultsshowthatbothmaingirderandsubstructuremeetthedesigningrequirements.Protactingofengineeringdrawingsisprogressedduringthedesigning.Keyword:prestressedconcreteacontinuousgirderbridgearchitecturaldesign第一章设计基本资料与主要技术指标1.1工程概况:西河大桥位于四川省南充市西山风景开发区。本桥跨越过西河,连接西山和市区。全桥桥长85m.桥面宽24.5m.1.2设计技术标准:设计荷载:公路—I级2.桥面净空:2×7.5m行车道,2×3m人行道,中间带宽2+2×0.75m=3.5m。桥面全宽24.5m。3、设计水位:本桥桥面标高由桥两端规划道路确定。西河防护工程设计水位273.5m,设计洪水频率1/204、地震基本烈度:桥址处地震烈度小于VI度,按VI度设防1.3有关设计资料:1、地质情况;见指导教师提供地址勘查报告2、地区气侯:工程所在地属典型的中亚热带湿润季风气候区,具有四川盆地共同的气候特征:四季分明,冬暖、春早、夏热、秋雨、多云雾。冬夏季风更替明显,冬季气流来自北部高纬地区,气温较低,降水少,但因北有秦巴山地阻滞冷空气南下而较温暖。夏季多吹偏南风,气候炎热,降水集中。工程所在地气温差别不大。霜雪少见,无霜期长达290--320天。年降水量在980--1150毫米之间,大致由西南向东北递减,降水季节分配不均。进入盛夏后,常有旱情发生,秋季受盆地地形影响,多秋雨绵绵天气,云量大,日照少,加之冬季多雾,属于日照较少的地区。3、材料:钢材,木材,水泥均能满足供应,砂砾石可以就地取材,块片料石运距10公里。预应力钢绞线:采用《公预规》(JTGD62—2004)中的钢绞线,公称面积为,标准强度,弹性模量。普通钢筋:、钢筋标准应符合13013—1991和1499—1998的规定。凡钢筋直径小于等于者,均采用热轧带肋钢;凡钢筋直径小于者,采用钢,钢板应符合700—88规定的钢板。锚具:预应力锚具采用符合国际后张法预应力混凝土协会FIP标准的I类锚具,其锚固效率大于95%。预应力管道:采用预埋圆形和扁形塑料波纹管成型。支座:主桥支座采用GPZ(Ⅱ)系列支座。伸缩缝:全桥伸缩缝分别采用、两种规格的浅埋式三防伸缩缝。桥面铺装:厚沥青混凝土。1.4基本计算数据:根据《公预规》中各条规定,混凝土、钢绞线和钢筋的各项基本数据以及在各阶段的限值,如表1-1所列。基本计算数据表1-1名称项目符号单位数据主梁混凝土立方体强度弹性模量轴心抗压标准强度轴心抗拉标准强度轴心抗压设计强度轴心抗拉设计强度MPaMPaMPaMPaMPaMPa5032.42.6522.41.83短暂状态压应力限值拉应力限值MPaMPa20.722.887持久状态压应力限值:压应力限值主压应力限值拉应力限值:短期效应组合下拉应力限值短期效应组合主拉应力限值长期效应组合拉应力限值MPaMPaMPaMPaMPa16.219.440.001.060.00钢绞线标准强度弹性模量抗拉设计强度最大控制应力MPaMPaMPaMPa186012601395持久状态应力:标准荷载组合MPa1209材料重度钢筋混凝土沥青混凝土钢绞线25.023.078.5钢绞线与混凝土的弹性模量比无量纲5.65第二章桥型方案比选桥梁的形式可考虑拱桥、梁桥梁拱组合桥、斜拉桥和悬索桥。任选三种作比较,从安全、功能、经济、美观、施工、占地与工期多方面比选,最终确定桥梁形式。2.1桥梁设计原则(1)适用性桥上应保证车辆和人群的安全畅通,并应满足将来交通量增长的需要。桥下应满足泄洪、安全通航、通行等要求。建成的桥梁应保证使用年限,并便于检查和维修。(2)安全性现代桥梁设计越来越强调舒适度,要控制桥梁的竖向与横向振幅,避免车辆在桥上振动与冲击。整个桥跨结构及各部分构件,在制造、运输、安装和使用过程中应具有足够的强度、刚度、稳定性和耐久性。(3)经济性设计的经济性一般应占首位。经济性应综合发展远景及将来的养护和维修等费用。(4)先进性桥梁设计应体现现代桥梁建设的新技术。应便于制造和架设,应尽量采用先进工艺技术和施工机械、设备,以利于减少劳动强度,加快施工进度,保证工程质量和施工安全。(5)美观一座桥梁,尤其是座落于城市的桥梁应具有优美的外形,应与周围的景致相协调。合理的结构布局和轮廓是美观的主要因素,决不应把美观片面的理解为豪华的装饰。应根据上述原则,对桥梁作出综合评估。2.2桥型方案第一方案:先简支后连续箱梁桥本方案设计为(25+25+25)m预应力混凝土等截面先简支后连续箱梁桥+25m桥台,桥宽为24.5m。主梁采用单箱单室箱型截面.先简支后连续箱梁桥具有以下特点:优良的力学特性,结构简单,受力明确。具有较大的刚度和强大的抗扭性能。架设安装方便,节省材料。跨越能力较大,桥下视觉效果好。图2-1方案一先简支后连续箱梁立面图第二方案:简支板桥本方案设计为810m简支板梁桥+22.5m桥台,桥宽为24.5m。简支板桥结构的优点有以下几点:(1)具有刚度大、变形小、伸缩缝少和行车舒适等优点;(2)简支梁的预应力钢束在工厂进行张拉,而负弯矩区的预应力钢束布置及张拉均在主梁上进行,仅需吊装设备起吊主梁,减少了施工设备,又能避免张拉预应力钢束造成地面上的障碍;(3)预制梁能采用标准构件,进行工厂化统一生产和管理,有利于技术操作,节省了施工时间,缩短工期,提高经济效益;图2-2方案二板桥立面图第三方案:连续T梁桥本方案设计为(25+25+25)m预应力混凝土等截面连续梁桥+25m桥台,桥宽为24.5m。连续T梁桥优点:(1).制造简单;(2).整体性好;(3).接头方便;(4).受力明确、节省材料、架设安装方便,跨越能力较大.图2-3方案三T梁桥立面图2.3方案比选表2-1桥型方案比选表桥型方案第一方案:先简支后连续箱梁桥第二方案:简支板桥第三方案:连续T梁桥使用性能建筑高度较低,易保养和维护,桥下视觉效果好。建筑高度较低,行车平顺,后期维护较多行车平顺舒;抗震能力强。建筑高度较高,易开裂受力性能受力明确属于静定结构,受力不如超静定结构好,但其结构质量安全可靠,耐劳性好,计算简便目前的预应力混凝土T形梁采用预应力结构,预应力张拉后上拱偏大,影响桥面线形,带来桥面铺装加厚。美观性线条明晰,与当地的地形配合,显得美观大方构造简单,线形简洁单调跨径一般,线条明晰,但比较单调,与景观配合很不协调施工方面桥梁的上、下部可平行施工,使工期大大缩短;无需在高空进行构件制作,质量以控制,可在一处成批生产,从而降低成本。技术较先进,工艺要求严格,施工方便,制造工艺简单。已有成熟的工艺技术经。预制T型构件,运至施工地点,采用混凝土现浇,将T型梁连接,其特点外型简单、制造方便,整体性好适用性适用于对桥下视觉有要求的工程,适用于各种地质情况;用于对工期紧的工程;对通航无过高要求的工程。用于对工期紧的工程;对通航无过高要求的工程。对通航无过高要求的工程;对抗震无过高要求的工程;对整体性有要求的工程。经济性640万元980万元700万元综合经济技术、美观舒适、安全耐久等方面考虑,选择(25+25+25)m的等截面先简支后连续箱型梁桥为设计方案。第三章主梁截面尺寸的拟定3.1设计特点本桥上部结构为简支变连续混凝土箱形梁桥,采用先预制再吊装的方法施工。在各个阶段,可能具有不同的静力体系,其中包括安装单元、拆除单元、张拉预应力等工况,因此恒载内力计算时必须精确模拟各个施工阶段。桥梁恒载内力由各个施工阶段的内力叠加而成,显然对于不同的施工方法,桥梁恒载内力是有很大区别的。而汽车荷载、人群荷载和温度、墩台沉降等作用在成桥以后才发生,与施工方法无关。设计时需借助计算机辅助计算(桥梁博士V3.0)完成的.3.2主梁间距与主梁片数为使材料得到充分利用,拟采用抗弯刚度和抗扭刚度都较大的箱型截面,按单箱单室截面设计,为减小下部结构的工程数量,采用斜腹式。施工方法采用先预制再吊装的方法。在保证行车道板使用性能—挠度和裂缝控制的前提下,将预制箱梁控制在可以吊装的范围内,整桥横向按8片预制箱梁布置,设计主梁间距均为3.0m,边主梁宽3.25m,中主梁宽2.4m,主梁之间留0.6m后浇段,以减轻吊装重量,同
