二、课程简介

1.课程的任务与目的

商务英语听说（2）是商务英语专业的一门专业基础课程。本课程任务和目的是：通过专门

系统的听说训练，培养学生在各种商务环境下初步运用英语知识和技能，正确的理解，分析，

判断所接收的信息，进行的英语交流和商务沟通的能力。通过模拟商务情景对话，角色扮演，

视频音频听力训练等课堂活动，使学生了解商务听说的性质特点，熟悉常用的商务交际用语，

掌握商务活动情景对话中的语言要点以及相关的专业词汇，为提高学生的综合素质奠定一个良

好的基础。

2.对接培养岗位能力

本课程对接的岗位能力从属于“毕业要求3、5、6”，对接的指标点为“3.1、3.2、5.2、

6.1、6.2”。岗位能力包括：（1）扎实的英语听力能力；（2）扎实的英语口语表达能力；（3）对

文化差异的理解、适应和沟通等能力；（4）熟知企业组织架构，熟悉商务办公领域中英语表达

和习惯用语的能力；（5）能够进行跨文化商务沟通的能力

三、课程教学目标

本课程的教学目标体现在三个方面:
