5.2.TerminationbyEmployee

5.3.TerminationforCause

EitherpartymayterminatethisContractimmediatelyupontheoccurrenceof[describecausefortermination,e.g.,misconduct,breachofcontract,etc.].Intheeventofterminationforcause,theterminatedpartyshallnotbeentitledtoanywagesorbenefitsunderthisContract.

6.Confidentiality

TheEmployeeagreestomaintaintheconfidentialityofallconfidentialinformationobtainedduringthecourseofemployment,andshallnotdiscloseanysuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.

7.GoverningLaw

8.EntireAgreement
