一、建议信

（一）建议信结构

情感背景+写作目的；具体建议+建议理由；总结升华+期待祝愿。

1.情感背景与写作目的决定建议信的语言风格：正式或非正式。建议信的目的若是鼓励、劝勉朋友，

可用非正式语言；而在2023年新高考I卷的应用文写作中，李华对外教Ryan的口语课堂提出建议则需用

正式语言。

2.建议要具体、合理且可行，以达到解决问题的目的。

3.用积极的信息总结升华。

结尾时要热情地鼓励、祝愿对方，如以下结尾：

（二）名师点津

1.提出建议的方式要委婉

考生过分关注文章首段的简洁明了，忽略了提出建议时的语气，就会导致建议不容易被人接受。请比

较下面表达方式的优劣。

角度分析问题并给出具体的合理建议。

（一）文章结构

告知信的常考话题有：告知上课计划、活动安排、比赛信息、讲座信息、招聘信息、报名事宜等。基

本结构如下:

①寒喧问候上写信目的

信影响及意义）

③问询对方相关信息，期盼再次联系

（二）时态符合文体类别

告知信通常分为两类：

1.告知将要发生的事情（活动计划或安排）；

2.与某人分享发生过的事情。根据告知内容，使用•般将来时或•般过去时。

例如，2024年新高考I卷要求分享上周五在公园上的一堂美术课，属于分享发生过的事情，故本篇写

作的主要时态为一般过去时。

告知内容是写作重点，需要针对告知事情的时间、地点、目的、过程、影响、感受及意义等，从多角

度展开。

（一）首段信息要充实

重视首段，信息要全。考生若在首段写作中忽略一些信息，会导致隐性要点缺失。如写信的FI的、申

请的职位及招聘信息的来源等。

（二）主体内容要有针对性

申请信的主体部分语言表达要层次分明，逻辑清晰。理由要合情合理，具有说服力。对个人情况的介

绍是申请信的核心内容，应详细向对方讲清楚自己的长处与优势，以给对方留卜好印象，为自己争取机会。

（三）尾段语言要有情感互动

申请信的尾段要适当运用礼貌用语，充分体现出写信人的真诚态度及对收信人的尊重。

（四）积累语料库

I.开头部分：介绍自己，简要说明信息来源，并提出申请

（一）语言符合文体要求

邀请信是邀请亲朋好友或重要人士等参加某项活动时的书信。其特点是简短、热情，给人以真诚、亲

切的感觉。邀请信需要运用与身份相符的语气和得体的语言，拓展的具体信息要清晰明确。

（二）名师点津

1.开头部分要避免无效信息

开头应用简洁的语言进行自我介绍并说明写信的目的。考三常常描述过细，出现了无效语言，干扰了

行文逻辑。

例如，2022年新高考I卷中的邀请信，有的考生这样开头：“IamLiHua,inchargeof（heEnglish

toattendourprogramthenandyouarewelcome.看上去很委婉，其实单方固定邀约的时间，属于不礼貌交际。

礼貌表达应为：Couldyoutellmeifyouareavailablethen?Ifnot,wecanarrangeforanothertime.

3.核心内容要具体

邀请信的核心内容要具体化，具有可操作性，避免泛泛而谈。试比较：

泛化表达：Youareexpectedtotalkaboutsomethingyouareinterestedin.

（一）语言吻合文体特征

咨询信是针对某个事项，希里了解详细信息的信件。咨询信问句较多，写作时要避免句式单调，语气

要委婉礼貌，要充分表达获取信息的急切心情以及感激之情。咨询的问题应简洁、清晰、明确，避免歧义

和误解，确保所提问题与题目要求的主题相关。

如2021年全国甲卷，李华就，介绍中国传统文化的主题班会”咨询外国朋友Chris,了解哪些中国传统

文化更吸引外国友人。考生就“把求建议”这一咨询要点常常一笔带过，像Willyoutellmesometraditional

Chineseculturethatinterestsforeignfriends?这一问句，这种空泛的交流让对方感觉不到写信人的诚恳态度。

我们可以这样具体化咨询：

一、倡议书

（一）要点符合文体要求

倡议书是由某一组织或社团拟定，就某事向社会提出建议或提议社会成员共同去做某事的书信。倡议

书结构分明，主题突出，逻辑严密。写作时首先要阐明现状的严重性或所倡议活动的重要性，然后是倡导

的具体做法，最后呼吁大家行动起来，并展望积极的结果。

如2022年全国甲卷关于保护海洋的倡议书，首先点明海洋的重要性：Theoceanplaysakzyroleinour

world.ltnotonlyoffersussufficientfood,butalsomaintainsthebalanceofnaturc.Thus,itisimperativetoprotect

theocean.然后表明如何保护海洋;Firstofall,whatwccandoisplacegreatimportanceonourdailyactions.For
