金康格式化航次船舶租赁合同合同二篇篇一ThisTimeCharterpartyformsacontractbetween[Shipowner'sName],of[Shipowner'sAddress],hereinaftercalled“theShipowner”,and[Charterer'sName],of[Charterer'sAddress],hereinaftercalled“theCharterer”.Hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Vessel”,beingthe[VesselName]of[BRT],[DWT]tons,builtin[Year],ownedbytheShipowner,andregisteredunderthe[FlagState]flagwithIMONumber[IMONumber]andKBSNumber[KBSNumber],classedby[ClassSociety]asperClass[ClassNotation],asdescribedintheScheduleattachedheretoandforminganintegralparthereof.TheShipownerundertakestoletandtheChartererundertakestohiretheVesselforthepurposeofcarryinggoodsforhire(hereinaftercalled“theCharterer’sGoods”)fromanyplaceintheworldtoanyplaceintheworld,inaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetoutinthiscontract(hereinaftercalledthe“CharterParty”).TheCharterPeriodshallcommenceat[Time]on[Date]andceaseat[Time]on[Date],beingaperiodof[Number]days(ormonths)oruntiltheVesselisredelivered,whicheveroccursfirst.TheShipownershalldelivertheVesseltotheChartererat[PortofDelivery],[Country],inasoundandtightcondition,suitableforthepurposeforwhichitislet,inparticularstrongenoughtocarrytheCharterer’sGoodstotheplacesstipulatedintheVoyageRequests,inthesameconditionaswhenlastdeliveredtotheShipowner(excludingnormalwearandtear),withafulltankofbunkers(aspertheBunkerManifestattachedheretoandforminganintegralparthereof)andwithacrewaspertheCrewListattachedheretoandforminganintegralparthereof,togetherwiththedocumentslistedinArticle14.TheCharterershalltakeandpayforthehireoftheVesselfromthetimewhentheVesselisreadyandavailableforloadingatthePortofDeliveryaccordingtotheabove-mentionedCharterPeriod,untilsheisredeliveredatthePortofRedeliveryaccordingtotheabove-mentionedCharterPeriod.TheCharterershallusetheVesselsolelyforthepurposeofcarryingtheCharterer’sGoodsfromtheLoadingPort(s)totheDischargingPort(s)aspertheVoyageRequests(definedinArticle6),exceptthattheShipownershallhavetherighttotaketheVesselonanyballastvoyagetoanyportorplaceintheworldforthepurposeofrefueling,takinginstores,orcarryingoutrepairs,providedthatsuchvoyageisreasonablynecessaryintheopinionoftheShipownertofulfiltheCharterer’srequirementsunderthisCharterParty,andprovidedthattheVesselisavailableforloadingattheLoadingPort(s)onthefirstdayoftheCharterPeriodor,iflater,onthefirstdayaftertheVesselhascompletedanyballastvoyageundertakenbytheShipownerasaforesaid.TheCharterershall,atleast[Number,usually10]daysbeforethecommencementoftheCharterPeriod,sendtotheShipowneralistoftheintendedVoyages(hereinaftercalled“VoyageRequests”),specifyingforeachvoyagetheLoadingPort(s),theDischargingPort(s)andtheestimatedloadinganddischargingtimes.TheShipownershallhavetherighttoaskforfurtherdetailsregardingeachVoyageRequestatanytimebeforethevesselisreadyandavailableforloadingatthePortofDelivery.TheShipownershall,within[Number,usually3]daysafterreceiptofaVoyageRequest,unlesssheisalreadyengagedonanothervoyage,notifytheChartererinwritingthatsheacceptstheVoyageRequestandisreadyandavailabletosailthereon.IftheShipownerdoesnotnotifytheChartererofheracceptancewithintheabovementionedperiod,sheshallbedeemedtohaverejectedtheVoyageRequest.TheCharterershallhavetherighttocancelanyVoyageRequestatanytimebygiving[Number,usually3]days’noticeinwritingtotheShipowner.TheCharterershallloadtheCharterer’sGoodsonboardtheVesselattheLoadingPort(s)anddischargethesameattheDischargingPort(s)withinthelaytimeallowedforeachportaspertheVoyageRequests.TheCharterershallbefullyresponsibleforallcharges,expensesandlossesofeverykindarisinginconnectionwiththeloadinganddischargeoftheCharterer’sGoodsatallports.TheCharterershallbedeemedtohavefullycompliedwithallherobligationsunderthisCharterPartyifshecausestheVesseltoliealongsideattheLoadingandDischargingPortsforthepurposeofloadinganddischargingtheCharterer’sGoodsatthelaytimeallowedforeachport.TheloadinganddischargingtimesattheLoadingPort(s)andthedischargingtimesattheDischargingPort(s)shallbeasfollows:AttheLoadingPort(s):[Detailsoflaytime,e.g.,laytimeofXXdaysorXXhours,includingTidalLaytime,demurrageanddetentiontimefreeofcharge,etc.].AttheDischargingPort(s):[Detailsoflaytime,e.g.,laytimeofXXdaysorXXhours,includingTidalLaytime,demurrageanddetentiontimefreeofcharge,etc.].DemurrageandDetentionchargesatallLoadingandDischargingPortsshallbefortheCharterer’saccount.TheCharterershallloadanddischargetheCharterer’sGoodsatherownriskandexpense.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforalldamagetotheVesseloranyofhercargo,ortoanyothercargo,arisingfromorinconnectionwiththeloadingordischargeoftheCharterer’sGoods.TheCharterershallbedeemedtohavefullycompliedwithallherobligationsunderthisCharterPartyiftheCharterer’sGoodsareloadedonboardtheVesselattheLoadingPort(s)anddischargedattheDischargingPort(s)withinthelaytimeallowedforeachport.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallrisksoflossordamageoftheCharterer’sGoodsfromthetimetheyareplacedatthedisposaloftheShipownerattheLoadingPort(s)untiltheyaredeliveredfromtheVesselattheDischargingPort(s).TheShipownershallnotbeliableinanywayforanylossordamagehowsoeverarisingoccurringtotheCharterer’sGoodswhilstonboardtheVessel,unlesssuchlossordamageresultsfromtheneglectorfaultoftheVessel’sMasterorcrew.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallchargesincurredinloadinganddischargingtheCharterer’sGoodsatallports,aswellasforallportcharges,harbourdues,lightdues,pilotagefees,tolls,taxesandsimilarchargesatallLoadingandDischargingPortsandatanyotherportcalledatbytheShipownerforthepurposeoftheCharterer’svoyages,exceptforcanalduesforwhichtheShipownershallberesponsible.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallcostsincurredinconnectionwiththeCharterer’sGoods,includingbutnotlimitedto,cargoinsurance,freight,storage,lashing/stowingcharges,andanystoragechargesincurredatLoadingorDischargingPortsoratanyotherportcalledatbytheShipownerforthepurposeoftheCharterer’svoyages.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallsalvage,pilotage,towageandotherspecialchargesincurredoutsidetheLoadingandDischargingPorts.TheShipownershallberesponsibleforthehireoftheVesselattheagreedrateof[HireRate,e.g.,XXperdayorperton]perdayorperton[asapplicable],payablebytheCharterertotheShipownerbeforethe[Dateorspecifywhen,e.g.,10th]dayofeachmonthfollowingtheexpiryofeachcalendarmonthduringwhichtheVesselhasbeenchartered.Ifthehireiscalculatedperton,itshallbecalculatedonthebasisoftheactualDWToftheVesselaspertheship’scertificateatthetimeofloadingatthePortofDelivery.AllcostsincurredbytheShipownerfortheoperationandmaintenanceoftheVessel,includingbutnotlimitedto,wagesandprovisionsforthecrew,bunkerfuelconsumedbytheengineroomforthepropulsionoftheVessel,stores,insurancefortheVesselanditscargo,P&Iinsurance,classsurveyfees,repairsandmaintenance(butexcludingrepairsandmaintenanceduetonormalwearandtear),shallbetheresponsibilityoftheShipowner.TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcostsincurredfortheoperationandmaintenanceoftheVesselwhicharenotmentionedinthepreviousarticle,includingbutnotlimitedto,bunkerfuelconsumedbytheengineroomforthepropulsionoftheVesselduringloadinganddischargingoperations,allcostsincurredinconnectionwiththeloadinganddischargeoftheCharterer’sGoods,wharfage,lighterage,tugs,pilotage,lightdues,harbourdues,portcharges,P&IBinsurancefortheCharterer’sGoods,demurrageanddetentioncharges,storagecharges,etc.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallbunkerfuelconsumedbytheengineroomforthepropulsionoftheVesselduringloadinganddischargingoperationsattheLoadingandDischargingPorts.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallcommunicationcosts,includingbutnotlimitedto,radio,telegraphandtelephonecharges.TheShipownershallberesponsibleforthesupplyofbunkerstotheVesselfreeofchargeattherateof[BunkerRate,e.g.,XXperton]pertonbasedontheactualDWToftheVesselaspertheship’scertificateatthetimeofloadingatthePortofDelivery.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallbunkersconsumedbytheengineroomforthepropulsionoftheVesselduringloadinganddischargingoperationsattheLoadingandDischargingPorts.ThebunkersshallbedeliveredtotheVesselbytheShipownerinaccordancewiththeBunkerManifestattachedheretoandforminganintegralparthereof.TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcostsincurredinconnectionwiththeCharterer’sGoods,includingbutnotlimitedto,cargoinsurance,freight,storage,lashing/stowingcharges,andanystoragechargesincurredatLoadingorDischargingPortsoratanyotherportcalledatbytheShipownerforthepurposeoftheCharterer’svoyages.TheShipownershallprovidetheChartererwithacertificate,ondemand,statingthequantityofbunkersonboardtheVesselatthetimeofloadingatthePortofDelivery,basedontheBunkerManifest.TheCharterershallberesponsibleforalldemurrageanddetentionchargesattheLoadingandDischargingPorts.TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallchargesincurredinconnectionwiththeCharterer’sGoods,includingbutnotlimitedto,cargoinsurance,freight,storage,lashing/stowingcharges,andanystoragechargesincurredatLoadingorDischargingPortsoratanyotherportcalledatbytheShipownerforthepurposeoftheCharterer’svoyages.TheVesselshallbedeemedtoberedeliveredbytheCharterertotheShipownerat[PortofRedelivery],[Country],whentheVesselisreadyandavailableforloadingaccordingtotheabove-mentionedCharterPeriod,providedthattheChartererhasfulfilledallherobligationsunderthisCharterParty,includingthepaymentofhireandallotherchargesdueunderthisCharterParty,andprovidedthattheVesselisinthesameconditionaswhendeliveredatthePortofDelivery(excludingnormalwearandtear)andprovidedthattheChartererhasdeliveredtotheShipowneralldocumentsbelongingtoherandalldocumentsrelatingtotheCharterer’sGoods.IftheVesselcannotberedeliveredatthePortofRedeliveryasaforesaid,theCharterershallbedeemedtohavefulfilledallherobligationsunderthisCharterPartyifshecausestheVesseltoliealongsideatthePortofRedeliveryforthepurposeofunloadingtheVesselatthelaytimeallowedforthePortofRedelivery.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallchargesincurredinconnectionwiththeunloadingoftheVesselatthePortofRedelivery.TheShipownershallberesponsibleforthehireoftheVesselattheagreedrateof[HireRate,e.g.,XXperdayorperton]perdayorperton[asapplicable],payablebytheCharterertotheShipownerbeforethe[Dateorspecifywhen,e.g.,10th]dayofeachmonthfollowingtheexpiryofeachcalendarmonthduringwhichtheVesselhasbeenchartered.Ifthehireiscalculatedperton,itshallbecalculatedonthebasisoftheactualDWToftheVesselaspertheship’scertificateatthetimeofloadingatthePortofDelivery.TheShipownershallberesponsibleforthesupplyofbunkerstotheVesselfreeofchargeattherateof[BunkerRate,e.g.,XXperton]pertonbasedontheactualDWToftheVesselaspertheship’scertificateatthetimeofloadingatthePortofDelivery.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallbunkersconsumedbytheengineroomforthepropulsionoftheVesselduringloadinganddischargingoperationsattheLoadingandDischargingPorts.TheShipownershall,attherequestoftheCharterer,providetheChartererwithacertificate,ondemand,statingthequantityofbunkersonboardtheVesselatthetimeofloadingatthePortofDelivery,basedontheBunkerManifestattachedheretoandforminganintegralparthereof.TheVesselshallbedeemedtoberedeliveredbytheCharterertotheShipownerat[PortofRedelivery],[Country],whentheVesselisreadyandavailableforloadingaccordingtotheabove-mentionedCharterPeriod,providedthattheChartererhasfulfilledallherobligationsunderthisCharterParty,includingthepaymentofhireandallotherchargesdueunderthisCharterParty,andprovidedthattheVesselisinthesameconditionaswhendeliveredatthePortofDelivery(excludingnormalwearandtear)andprovidedthattheChartererhasdeliveredtotheShipowneralldocumentsbelongingtoherandalldocumentsrelatingtotheCharterer’sGoods.TheVesselshallbeusedsolelyforthepurposeofcarryingtheCharterer’sGoodsfromtheLoadingPort(s)totheDischargingPort(s)aspertheVoyageRequests,exceptthattheShipownershallhavetherighttotaketheVesselonanyballastvoyagetoanyportorplaceintheworldforthepurposeofrefueling,takinginstores,orcarryingoutrepairs,providedthatsuchvoyageisreasonablynecessaryintheopinionoftheShipownertofulfiltheCharterer’srequirementsunderthisCharterParty,andprovidedthattheVesselisavailableforloadingattheLoadingPort(s)onthefirstdayoftheCharterPeriodor,iflater,onthefirstdayaftertheVesselhascompletedanyballastvoyageundertakenbytheShipownerasaforesaid.TheShipownershallbeentitledtowithdrawtheVesselfromthisCharterPartyatanytimeon[Number,usually12]months’noticeinwritingtotheChartereriftheCharterershallhavefailedtopayorperformanysumorthingdueunderthisCharterPartywhendue.TheCharterershallbeentitledtowithdrawtheVesselfromthisCharterPartyatanytimeon[Number,usually12]months’noticeinwritingtotheShipowneriftheShipownershallhavefailedtokeeptheVesselinasoundandtightconditionsuitableforthepurposeforwhichitislet,oriftheVesselshallhavebecomeatotalloss.TheVesselshallbedeemedtoberedeliveredbytheCharterertotheShipownerat[PortofRedelivery],[Country],whentheVesselisreadyandavailableforloadingaccordingtotheabove-mentionedCharterPeriod,providedthattheChartererhasfulfilledallherobligationsunderthisCharterParty,includingthepaymentofhireandallotherchargesdueunderthisCharterParty,andprovidedthattheVesselisinthesameconditionaswhendeliveredatthePortofDelivery(excludingnormalwearandtear)andprovidedthattheChartererhasdeliveredtotheShipowneralldocumentsbelongingtoherandalldocumentsrelatingtotheCharterer’sGoods.TheShipownershallberesponsibleforthehireoftheVesselattheagreedrateof[HireRate,e.g.,XXperdayorperton]perdayorperton[asapplicable],payablebytheCharterertotheShipownerbeforethe[Dateorspecifywhen,e.g.,10th]dayofeachmonthfollowingtheexpiryofeachcalendarmonthduringwhichtheVesselhasbeenchartered.Ifthehireiscalculatedperton,itshallbecalculatedonthebasisoftheactualDWToftheVesselaspertheship’scertificateatthetimeofloadingatthePortofDelivery.TheShipownershallberesponsibleforthesupplyofbunkerstotheVesselfreeofchargeattherateof[BunkerRate,e.g.,XXperton]pertonbasedontheactualDWToftheVesselaspertheship’scertificateatthetimeofloadingatthePortofDelivery.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallbunkersconsumedbytheengineroomforthepropulsionoftheVesselduringloadinganddischargingoperationsattheLoadingandDischargingPorts.TheVesselshallbeusedsolelyforthepurposeofcarryingtheCharterer’sGoodsfromtheLoadingPort(s)totheDischargingPort(s)aspertheVoyageRequests,exceptthattheShipownershallhavetherighttotaketheVesselonanyballastvoyagetoanyportorplaceintheworldforthepurposeofrefueling,takinginstores,orcarryingoutrepairs,providedthatsuchvoyageisreasonablynecessaryintheopinionoftheShipownertofulfiltheCharterer’srequirementsunderthisCharterParty,andprovidedthattheVesselisavailableforloadingattheLoadingPort(s)onthefirstdayoftheCharterPeriodor,iflater,onthefirstdayaftertheVesselhascompletedanyballastvoyageundertakenbytheShipownerasaforesaid.ThisCharterPartyshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[GoverningLawCountry].InwitnesswhereoftheShipownerandtheChartererhaveexecutedthisCharterPartyasofthedatefirstwrittenabove.[Shipowner'sName][Signature][Charterer'sName][Signature]篇二ThisTimeCharterpartyformsacontractbetween[Shipowner'sName],of[Shipowner'sAddress],hereinaftercalled“theShipowner”,and[Charterer'sName],of[Charterer'sAddress],hereinaftercalled“theCharterer”.Hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Vessel”,beingthe[VesselName]of[BRT],[DWT]tons,builtin[Year],ownedbytheShipowner,andregisteredunderthe[FlagState]flagwithIMONumber[IMONumber]andKBSNumber[KBSNumber],classedby[ClassSociety]asperClass[ClassNotation],asdescribedintheScheduleattachedheretoandforminganintegralparthereof.TheShipownerundertakestoletandtheChartererundertakestohiretheVesselforthepurposeofcarryinggoodsforhire(hereinaftercalled“theCharterer’sGoods”)fromanyplaceintheworldtoanyplaceintheworld,inaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetoutinthiscontract(hereinaftercalledthe“CharterParty”).TheCharterPeriodshallcommenceat[Time]on[Date]andceaseat[Time]on[Date],beingaperiodof[Number]days(ormonths)oruntiltheVesselisredelivered,whicheveroccursfirst.TheShipownershalldelivertheVesseltotheChartererat[PortofDelivery],[Country],inasoundandtightcondition,suitableforthepurposeforwhichitislet,inparticularstrongenoughtocarrytheCharterer’sGoodstotheplacesstipulatedintheVoyageRequests,inthesameconditionaswhenlastdeliveredtotheShipowner(excludingnormalwearandtear),withafulltankofbunkers(aspertheBunkerManifestattachedheretoandforminganintegralparthereof)andwithacrewaspertheCrewListattachedheretoandforminganintegralparthereof,togetherwiththedocumentslistedinArticle14.TheCharterershalltakeandpayforthehireoftheVesselfromthetimewhentheVesselisreadyandavailableforloadingatthePortofDeliveryaccordingtotheabove-mentionedCharterPeriod,untilsheisredeliveredatthePortofRedeliveryaccordingtotheabove-mentionedCharterPeriod.TheCharterershallusetheVesselsolelyforthepurposeofcarryingtheCharterer’sGoodsfromtheLoadingPort(s)totheDischargingPort(s)aspertheVoyageRequests(definedinArticle6),exceptthattheShipownershallhavetherighttotaketheVesselonanyballastvoyagetoanyportorplaceintheworldforthepurposeofrefueling,takinginstores,orcarryingoutrepairs,providedthatsuchvoyageisreasonablynecessaryintheopinionoftheShipownertofulfiltheCharterer’srequirementsunderthisCharterParty,andprovidedthattheVesselisavailableforloadingattheLoadingPort(s)onthefirstdayoftheCharterPeriodor,iflater,onthefirstdayaftertheVesselhascompletedanyballastvoyageundertakenbytheShipownerasaforesaid.TheCharterershall,atleast[Number,usually10]daysbeforethecommencementoftheCharterPeriod,sendtotheShipowneralistoftheintendedVoyages(hereinaftercalled“VoyageRequests”),specifyingforeachvoyagetheLoadingPort(s),theDischargingPort(s)andtheestimatedloadinganddischargingtimes.TheShipownershallhavetherighttoaskforfurtherdetailsregardingeachVoyageRequestatanytimebeforethevesselisreadyandavailableforloadingatthePortofDelivery.TheShipownershall,within[Number,usually3]daysafterreceiptofaVoyageRequest,unlesssheisalreadyengagedonanothervoyage,notifytheChartererinwritingthatsheacceptstheVoyageRequestandisreadyandavailabletosailthereon.IftheShipownerdoesnotnotifytheChartererofheracceptancewithintheabovementionedperiod,sheshallbedeemedtohaverejectedtheVoyageRequest.TheCharterershallhavetherighttocancelanyVoyageRequestatanytimebygiving[Number,usually3]days’noticeinwritingtotheShipowner.TheCharterershallloadtheCharterer’sGoodsonboardtheVesselattheLoadingPort(s)anddischargethesameattheDischargingPort(s)withinthelaytimeallowedforeachportaspertheVoyageRequests.TheCharterershallbefullyresponsibleforallcharges,expensesandlossesofeverykindarisinginconnectionwiththeloadinganddischargeoftheCharterer’sGoodsatallports.TheCharterershallbedeemedtohavefullycompliedwithallherobligationsunderthisCharterPartyifshecausestheVesseltoliealongsideattheLoadingandDischargingPortsforthepurposeofloadinganddischargingtheCharterer’sGoodsatthelaytimeallowedforeachport.TheloadinganddischargingtimesattheLoadingPort(s)andthedischargingtimesattheDischargingPort(s)shallbeasfollows:AttheLoadingPort(s):[Detailsoflaytime,e.g.,laytimeofXXdaysorXXhours,includingTidalLaytime,demurrageanddetentiontimefreeofcharge,etc.].AttheDischargingPort(s):[Detailsoflaytime,e.g.,laytimeofXXdaysorXXhours,includingTidalLaytime,demurrageanddetentiontimefreeofcharge,etc.].DemurrageandDetentionchargesatallLoadingandDischargingPortsshallbefortheCharterer’saccount.TheCharterershallloadanddischargetheCharterer’sGoodsatherownriskandexpense.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforalldamagetotheVesseloranyofhercargo,ortoanyothercargo,arisingfromorinconnectionwiththeloadingordischargeoftheCharterer’sGoods.TheCharterershallbedeemedtohavefullycompliedwithallherobligationsunderthisCharterPartyiftheCharterer’sGoodsareloadedonboardtheVesselattheLoadingPort(s)anddischargedattheDischargingPort(s)withinthelaytimeallowedforeachport.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallrisksoflossordamagehowsoeverarisingoccurringtotheCharterer’sGoodswhilstonboardtheVessel,unlesssuchlossordamageresultsfromtheneglectorfaultoftheVessel’sMasterorcrew.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallchargesincurredinloadinganddischargingtheCharterer’sGoodsatallports,aswellasforallportcharges,harbourdues,lightdues,pilotagefees,tolls,taxesandsimilarchargesatallLoadingandDischargingPortsandatanyotherportcalledatbytheShipownerforthepurposeoftheCharterer’svoyages,exceptforcanalduesforwhichtheShipownershallberesponsible.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallcostsincurredinconnectionwiththeCharterer’sGoods,includingbutnotlimitedto,cargoinsurance,freight,storage,lashing/stowingcharges,andanystoragechargesincurredatLoadingorDischargingPortsoratanyotherportcalledatbytheShipownerforthepurposeoftheCharterer’svoyages.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallsalvage,pilotage,towageandotherspecialchargesincurredoutsidetheLoadingandDischargingPorts.TheShipownershallberesponsibleforthehireoftheVesselattheagreedrateof[HireRate,e.g.,XXperdayorperton]perdayorperton[asapplicable],payablebytheCharterertotheShipownerbeforethe[Dateorspecifywhen,e.g.,10th]dayofeachmonthfollowingtheexpiryofeachcalendarmonthduringwhichtheVesselhasbeenchartered.Ifthehireiscalculatedperton,itshallbecalculatedonthebasisoftheactualDWToftheVesselaspertheship’scertificateatthetimeofloadingatthePortofDelivery.AllcostsincurredbytheShipownerfortheoperationandmaintenanceoftheVessel,includingbutnotlimitedto,wagesandprovisionsforthecrew,bunkerfuelconsumedbytheengineroomforthepropulsionoftheVessel,stores,insurancefortheVesselanditscargo,P&Iinsurance,classsurveyfees,repairsandmaintenance(butexcludingrepairsandmaintenanceduetonormalwearandtear),shallbetheresponsibilityoftheShipowner.TheCharterershallberesponsibleforallcostsincurredfortheoperationandmaintenanceoftheVesselwhicharenotmentionedinthepreviousarticle,includingbutnotlimitedto,bunkerfuelconsumedbytheengineroomforthepropulsionoftheVesselduringloadinganddischargingoperations,allcostsincurredinconnectionwiththeloadinganddischargeoftheCharterer’sGoods,wharfage,lighterage,tugs,pilotage,lightdues,harbourdues,portcharges,P&IBinsurancefortheCharterer’sGoods,demurrageanddetentioncharges,storagecharges,etc.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallbunkerfuelconsumedbytheengineroomforthepropulsionoftheVesselduringloadinganddischargingoperationsattheLoadingandDischargingPorts.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallcommunicationcosts,includingbutnotlimitedto,radio,telegraphandtelephonecharges.TheShipownershallberesponsibleforthesupplyofbunkerstotheVesselfreeofchargeattherateof[BunkerRate,e.g.,XXperton]pertonbasedontheactualDWToftheVesselaspertheship’scertificateatthetimeofloadingatthePortofDelivery.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsibleforallbunkersconsumedbytheengineroomforthepropulsionoftheVesselduringloadinganddischargingoperationsattheLoadingandDischargingPorts.TheShipownershall,attherequestoftheCharterer,providetheChartererwithacertificate,ondemand,s
