1、Module 2 Activities教学内容分析: 本单元的语言点是询问有关人的兴趣、嗜好的问和答。学生已在上学期掌握了一些动词短语,如:play football, play basketball, play cards, go shopping, do gardening, do housework, do ones homework 本节课我们继续学习现在进行时的表达,通过设计贴近学生实际生活的教学活动及创设情境,使学生能在实际的情景中运用所学的知识进行对话,提高学生的语言运用能力。 教学对象分析: 四年级的学生已有了一定的英语口头表达能力的基础,因此要使他们逐步由课堂走向实际运用,本
2、着这一点,我在课堂上多给学生一些空间进行问答,给他们多一些主动学习的机会;通过各种不同的激励办法,激励他们积极参与到学习中来,更好地掌握所学知识。环保教育:我们要做一些有益身心健康的活动。例如:听音乐、踢足球、打乒乓球等,不能做损害人民利益和破坏公共设施的事,例如:捉鸟、在公共场所乱写乱画等。教学目标:1.语言知识目标1)学习用Are you提问及回答;2)学习用Im.去描述“我”在做什么;3)学习What are you doing?2.语言技能目标1)掌握本节“四会”单词;2)能正确理解并运用以上句型;3)能理解对话,并流利朗读课文及表演课文。3.情感态度目标通过各种形式的游戏和活动,激发
3、学生学习英语的兴趣,在活动中掌握知识。4、学习策略目标训练学生角色扮演能力,引导他们在调查、询问的过程中学会思考如何养成良好的学习、生活习惯。5、文化意识目标 通过DID YOU KNOW ?的学习,了解不同国家学生喜欢进行的活动。感受英语国家文化。教具:照片、录音机、单词卡片、多媒体Unit 4 Hobbies第一课时教学内容: Unit 4 dialogue教学重点:本课词汇;现在进行时句型描述情景;对话理解。教学难点:单词still的正确理解;正确运用句型于实际交际中。教具:照片、单词卡片、多媒体教学过程:(一)Warming up and revision1、课件出示一个radio或将
4、radio形状硬卡片贴于录音机,播放一段吉他音乐。T: Listen to the radio. Is it nice music? (Body language)Ps: Yes.T: Yes. Thats nice music. Can you tell me what music it is?Ps:Learn to say: listen to the radio, guitar2、Free talkT: I often listen to the radio on Saturday. I like listening to music very much. So my hobby is
5、listening to music. What do you often do after school/on Sunday? Do you like doing that? 引出hobby and explain to the children that a hobby is something you enjoy doing and something you do often. 板书课题: Hobbies (一) Presentation and practice1. 老师展示写有动词或动词短语的词卡,e.g.: watching TV, cooking, playing footba
6、ll, singing, playing computer games, playing the guitarand learn new words: reading, painting, fishing (do actions at the same time)2. 学生每人一张卡片,被老师请到的学生做与卡片相符的动作。T: What are you doing? Are you Ving?P1: Yes, I'm Ving. (Lead to answer completely) No, I am not. I am Ving.老师领说句子并板书句子3. 全班分组看老师展示图片进行
7、操练。(详细些)4. 小组用卡片进行问答操练,答对的交换卡片,多准备一些新词语,便于学生巩固。(问答写出)5. 用金太阳软件整体呈现课文,学生回答问题。i. What is Ben doing? Is he listening to the radio?ii. What is Janet doing?iii. What is Mr. Webb doing? 8、e class read in roles, read in groups, then acts out the dialogue or make out a new dialogue.2. Read and mark out new words and sentences.Write down the new words and exchange the method of reading and spelling the new words. Learn and understand word: still. 可将still 放入句子中学习理解,多举几个例子 e.g.课件展示 shop a
9、ssistant 工作情形,It's nine o'clock in the evening. The shop assistant still works in the shop.3. Complete P17 and read.(四)Summing up1. New words and Ving2. Sentences: What are you doing? Are you Ving? And answers.3. 我们要做一些有益身心健康的活动。例如:听音乐、踢足球、打乒乓球等。(五)Homework1. Listen, read, and recite the wor

12、ening to the radio.二、 Pre_ task(1)、全班分角色,互做动作并表演Unit4对话。(2)、Learn to ask or describe someone's hobby.T: I often listen to music. I like listening to music verymuch. My hobby is listening to music. Ask a pupil. What'syour hobby? 老师引导学生回答 My hobby is 老师板书句子” What is your hobby?” “My hobby is V
13、ing- “(3)、Practice in pairs after model: What's your hobby? My hobby is学生展示对话时, 老师将学生的hobbies板书在黑板。(4)、小组讨论hobbies 后接词的规律,老师归纳总结.(5)、Play a game.学生在小纸条上写下自己的hobbies投入预先准备的纸盒里,教师巡视指导。先让一名学生根据从纸盒抽到的hobbies做动作复习Are you v.ing?引入what is he /she dong ?再让两名学生去抽引入what are -doing?三、While task1. Look at P
14、19; Listen to the teacher's expression, then put the stickers in the right places. e.g. T: Jessica is cooking. Pupils stick the picture above the right word “cooking”2、 Look at pictures on P19, practice in groups after the teacher's model.Model: Look at Picture E. What are the boys doing?The

18、hat do the aliens enjoy doing?2、通过 Free- talk , 引出并板书本Unit5课题,齐说课题。3、展示4幅图片或课件,学生小组讨论What are the aliens doing ?小组汇报讨论结果。.汇报过程show the toys of musical instrument and teach the new words.4. Trains coming one y one read out: musical instrument.5看图片或课件,听对话,感知对话内容,并能找出相应的pictures.6再次听对话,回答问题。a、Are the a

They are having fun.b、What are they all doing out there ?走出课室,帮助学生理解in and out there .(三)Consolidation and development .1、跟读同位读并划出新词和新句子。2、学生讲出新词、新句子、老师板书、再次教学。3、全班看提示词背诵对话。4、
20、学生小组扮演aliens ,并做一些奇特动作,进行问答操练 What are you doing ? Im / Were Ving .5、带头饰上台表演.6、快乐大转盘:呈现快速旋转的转盘,内盘上写有动词或动词短语。抽取一名或两名学生转动转盘,其他学生反复大声询问:What are you doing? 转盘停止,学生根据指针所指回答Im /Were Ving .7、加深对课文理解,完成P22 2四、Summing up1、词汇,对话正确理解。2、句型:What are you doing? Im /Were Ving.环保教育:我们要做一些有益身心健康的活动。例如:听音乐、踢足球、打乒乓球等

23、ng.T: Can you guess, “What is he drawing?”学生可能会猜sun moon apple学生接着画完。T: Oh, it is a lake. Teach :lake在湖上贴上Jill 游泳的图片T: What is Jill doing in the lake? 引导学生说出Jill is swimming in the lake.同样方式学习 model ship(通过这种方式,既可复习词汇又可发挥学生丰富想象力.)2、T introduces Jill's some other hobbies.T writes on the blackboar
24、d: What is Jill doing? Jill is Ving. Then the whole class asks and answers quickly by looking at the pictures.3、Play a passing game. Pass a box with saying: What is Jill doing? When music stops, the pupil who has the box should choose a piece of paper and read the sentence. (The sentences are from P

One of the pupil read out a sentence of Jill's hobbies one by one, the other pupils put the letter under the right picture.2、 Do Part 2Learn “ Is he / she enjoying it? ” and answer.T: (Show two pictures, one is enjoying it, the other isn't enjoying it.) What is doing? Is he enjoying it? Yes, he is enjoying it very much. / No, he isn't.(板书以上句子)师生看课本图1 Ask and answer to make a model.3、 Practise in groups.(四)Post-taski.
