办理工作票，确认工作票所载安全措施已正确执行。

进入现场穿工作服戴好安全帽，高空作业系好安全带。

开工前，工作负责人要向工作班成员具体交待安全措施及注

意事项，明确工作范围，并装设围栏。

工序3电动机拆运至检修现场

Sworkingprocedure3motoraparttorepairsite

核对电动机编号并抄录铭牌，将待拆动的部件做好相应的标

记。

willstayopenpartsofthecorrespondingtag.

联系热工拆开测温元件电动机侧的连接线，并做记录。

拆开电动机电源电缆接线和加热器电源接线，并做记录，检

查电源电缆接头无过热变色，接触面平整，将其三相短路接地，并做

好电缆防护措施。

heaterpowersupply,andmakerecords,checkthepowercable

jointwithoutoverheatingbecomesangry,contactsurfacelevel

off,thethreephaseshortcircuitgrounding,andmakecable

protectivemeasures.

通知相关机械班组拆开靠背轮和地脚螺丝，并做好回装记号,

以及拆开电动机平台阻碍搬运的护拦。

清理干净检修现场后，联系起重人员起吊电动机，搬运至检

修现场。

工序4电动机解体

工作负责人向工作人员交待现场安措及特别注意事项。

电动机解体前测量绝缘电阻，并做记录。

Measuringinsulationresistancebefore-

采纳火焊加热法拆卸电动机侧靠背轮，要求加热均匀至靠背

轮可轻易撬出来，撬靠背轮时注意不要伤及轴颈，并检查键

和键槽，及时收集好键，在靠背轮和轴颈冷却时应采用隔离措施防止

人靠近。

拆卸电动机风冷却器，吊至合适场所〔吊时注意清除干净粘

到风冷却器的密封垫)，拆开风冷却器进风口部分，用3Kg以上压力

的清洁水从两端冲洗干净铝管内壁，用5Kg以上压力的压缩空气吹扫

干净风冷却器内部，并除锈和防锈处理风冷却器进风口部分，改换密

封垫。

rustpreventiontreatmentwindcoolerairinletpart,replace

thegasket.

检查电动机内部的清洁状况，假设内部灰尘过多，说明密封

状况不好，应合计加以编织袋水性油墨改善，假设轴承漏油到内部,

检查内油盖与轴颈的间隙，采用措施减少其过大间隙。

-checkthecleaningconditionofmotorinternal,ifthe

shouldconsidertobeimproved,ifthebearingoilleaktothe

interior,theclearancebetweenthejournalandcheckoil

insidethecover,takemeasurestoreduceitstoobiggap.

拆卸电动机风罩，用专用工具拆卸风扇，并除锈和防锈处理,

刷中灰漆，按“定置管理〃放置好。

-removethemotorcoverwind,usespecialtoolsto

removethefan,andrustandantirustprocessing,graypaint

brush,accordingtoarrangethe"in"place.

拆卸电动机轴承外油盖上的测温探头、加卸油管路，收集好

并清洗干净。

-removethemotorbearingcoveroiltemperature

measuringprobe,anddischargepipeline,collectingwelland

clean.

顺序拆卸电动机前、后端的外挡油盖、锁母（或止油盖〕、端

盖、导风筒，检查和处理缺陷，清洗干净后按“定置管理〃放置好。

checkanddealwiththedefect,aftercleanedbyhousekeeping

managementinplace.

清洗干净电动机轴承，检查轴承为、外滚道、坚持架和滚动

体完好，无磨损、锈斑、麻点、划伤、退火、变色、珠痕、卡死等现

象，测量轴承间隙符合质检要求，验收合格者应及时添加膨润土防水

毯油脂，或采用其他防止轴承生锈措施，验收不合格者则用火焊加

热拆卸，并按“定置管理〃清洗和放置好内挡油盖。

toaddoil,ortakeothermeasurestopreventrustbearing,

acceptanceisnoteligiblewithHuoHanheatremoval,and

accordingtoarrangethe"in"cleaningandoilbaffleinside

coverinplace.

工序5抽转子

5sprocesspumprotor

套合适假轴于电动机轴上，注意套轴部位用橡皮或棉布保护

好电动机轴颈。

-setofappropriatefalseshaftonthemotorshaft,sets

ofshaftpartswithrubberorcottonclothtoprotectmotor

shaftneck.

使用合格的起重工具抽转子，并用手拉葫芦调整转子平衡，

注意酱油吊转子钢丝夹角不得大于60度，且吊之前应检查选用起重

工具是否合适。

-usequalifiedpumprotorliftingtool,andadjustthe

rotorbalancechain,payattentiontotheliftingrotorsteel

wireshallnotbegreaterthan60degreesAngle,andmourn

beforecheckshouldchooseliftingroolsareappropriate.

轻轻起吊转子，用透光法检查转子，使其不与铁芯接触，坚

持转子水平，慢慢将其移出转子。

一gentlyliftingrotor,checktherotorwiththe

pervioustolightmethod,sothattheydon*tcontactwiththe

core,keeptherotorlevel,slowlytomoveitoutoftherotor.

转子移出后放在合适干净的枕木上，两边插入锲子保证转子

不会滚动，并及时覆盖好帆布，以免异物落入转子中。

-rotorremovedafterputonappropriatecleansleepers,

insertthischildtoensurethattherotorwillnotscroll,on

bothsidesandcovercanvasintime,inordertoavoidforeign

bodiesfallintotherotor.

工序6定子、转子检查与故障处理

6sprocessofstator,rotorinspectionandfault

handling

检查定子绕组表面干净无油污、灰尘，假设有则用5Kg以上

压力的压缩空气加电气清洗剂清洗干净定子绕组和铁芯等部位，并放

入烘房烘烤绝缘至1000MQ及以上。

-checkthestatorwindingsurfaceclean,nooil,dirt,

ifusemorethan5kgpressureofcompressedairandelectrical

cleanercleanareassuchasthestatorwindingandironcore,

andintothedryerbakinginsulating。andabove1000m.

检查定子绕组绝缘无破损、烧焦、起泡、龟裂等现象；端部

绑扎及垫块无松动，无断裂、磨擦等，槽楔无脱掉、松动、凸起、变

焦、断裂、磨擦等，假设有作相应处理。

-checkthestatorwindinginsulationwithoutdamage,

burning,blister,crack；Endofbandingandblocknolooseness,

nofracture,friction,etc.,slotwedgeoff,loose,bump,zoom,

fracture,friction,etc,ifyouhavemakecorresponding

processing.

检查定、转子铁芯，应干净，无锈蚀、磨损、过热变色和松

动，假设有作相应处理。

-check,therotorironcore,shouldbeclean,norust,

loosewear,overheatingbecomesangryand,ifyouhavemake

correspondingprocessing.

检查转子干净无油污、灰尘，用5Kg以上压力的压缩空气加

电气清洗剂清洗干净转子，并加碘鸽灯烘干，假设转子外表脱漆过多，

喷一层薄的红色喷漆处理。

therotor,andiodinetungstenlampdrying,iftherotorlooks

检查转子鼠笼条及短路环，应无开焊、熔铝、变形、松动，

转子风叶固定牢固、无变形、裂痕，焊接或钾钉完好，转子泰山奇石

平衡块固定牢固，转子上所有螺丝紧固。假设有脱焊处需重新焊接处

理，应注意采用隔热措施，并在处理后转动转子，检查无异物遗留在

转子内。

rotor.Ifadesolderingneedtoweldingprocess,theheat

insulationmeasuresshouldbepaidattentionto,andthe

rotatingrotorafterprocessing,checknoforeignbodiesleft

intherotor.

检查转子轴颈表面无伤痕、裂痕、锈蚀；靠背轮无裂痕、损

伤；电动机外壳、端盖、油盖及各结合面止口无损伤、裂痕、锈垢；

轴承室无损伤、裂痕及走外圈现象。

-checkthattherotorshaftnecksurfacefreeofbruises,

crack,rust；Backrestwheelhasnocrack,damage；Motorshell,

shellcover,oilcapandthejointseamallowancewithoutdamage,

crack,rustscale；Bearinghousingnodamage,cracksandouter

phenomenon.

检查风罩滤网完好、假设破损则改换为不锈钢滤网，检查风

扇与轴颈的配合符合要求；检查冷却器管无松动、断裂，风路隔板无

开焊、变形。
