中国南方电网有限责任公司企业标准GeneralapplicationmodelforIEC61850projectofsmart中国南方电网有限责任公 发布 为了规范DL/T860通信网络和系统在南方电网智能变电站的应用,实现各个装置供应——CCD文件名(——GOOSE的收发机制部分,将GOOSE的收发机制部分纳入装置通用技术规范(4.2);(——CCD文件要求(——GSE配置(——SMV配置(——CABLE属性,修订了PORT属性(纳入装置类技术规范(7.2);增加了虚端子关联配置要求();见 校验码生成规则(见附录——IEDIED物理端口描述及站控层双网配置示例部分纳入装置类通用技术规范(F);等设备类通用公共逻辑节点类型的定义(见附录1-4CD-GH-I 范 总 配 附录A(规范性附录)CRC校验码参 附录B(规范性附录)CCD文件格 附录C(规范性附录)CRC校验码生成规 附录D(规范性附录)统一扩充公用数据 附录E(规范性附录)统一定义的数据类型和数据属性类 附录F(规范性附录)服务一致性要 附录G(资料性附录)逻辑节点类定 附录 (资料性附录)逻辑节点命名示 附录 (资料性附录)设备逻辑节点前缀示 DL/T860 DL/T DL/T860Configurationfilesofrelay使用变电站配置描述语言SCL,用于描述装置能力或其网络通信拓扑结构的文件,包ICD、SCD、SSD、CID、CCD等,文件采用UTF-8编码的XML文件格式。ICDIEDcapabilityIEDIED提供的基本数据IED实例名称和通信参数的一种文件,扩展名采用.icd。SSDSystemspecification最终包含在SCD文件中,扩展名采用.ssd。SCDSubstationconfigurationIED设备的实例配置和通信参数、IED设备间的通信配置以及变电站一次系统结构,扩展名采用.scd。CIDConfiguredIEDIEDSCDMMS相关配置生成的装置文件,CID文件应仅从SCDIED中,扩展名采用.cid。CCDConfiguredcircuitEDD的SV订阅的控制块配置、内部变量映射、物理端口描述和虚端子连接关系等信息,装置其他配置文件的改变不应影响本装置发布/订阅的配置,装置的发布/订阅信息以CDD文件应仅从CDED.cd。ConfiguredIEDCircuitConfiguredIEDIEDGenericObjectOrientedSubstationIEDCapabilityIEDIntelligentElectronicManufacturingMessageSubstationConfigurationBuferredReportControlUnbuferedReportControlSampled DL/T860ICD、SSD、SCD、CIDCCD等文件的配置,工程配置和下装1所示。
1DL/T860.6SchemaSCLDL/T860.73、DL/T860.74DOI元素。ICD文件中数据对象实例DOI应包CDCDACIDIEDTEMPLATE,CID文件应保留厂商私有命名空间及其IED名称由系统组态配置。ICD文件采用“文件名.icd2所示。文件名应包含装置型号、装置选配码、ICDICD文件校验码等四部分,以半角字符中横杠(‘-’)连接,各部ICDICD文件的历史变更情况,应具备唯一性,依据“V1.00”ICDCRC-32ICD文件的全文内容,校验码计算方法见附录A要求;XXX-XXXXXXXX-**-N-XXXXX-V1.00-
